He did notice that the house seemed cold and checked the heating system. Everything is working properly which is important since it is very cold today and I don't want to have any problems with freezing pipes. I would definitely recommend Jeff Griffin if you need any heating or plumbing repairs.

Jeff Griffin really knows heating & plumbing! He also recommended 2 excellent 3rd-party companies: 1. Unlimited Removal and Demolition - to drain, cut up, & remove old oil tank; abate asbestos from, and remove, old boiler; remove oil filler pipes & patch foundation with cement 2. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. Bonuses: Sandy Griffin (with JGH&P), & Daniela Ibanez (with UR&D) provided excellent & timely email & phone support. 5 Stars all around!!

We hired Jeff to remove our "very old" oil burning boiler and install a new propane boiler and water tank. We were extremely happy with Jeff and his team on this project and would highly recommend them. Jeff is very knowledgeable and professional, and his recommendations for the type of system he felt would work well for us was spot on. He worked seamlessly with the propane company we chose to make sure all the lines were run and the tanks were in place prior to the start of the project. Jeff and his team were friendly, efficient, clean, and did a fantastic job! We have so much space in our basement now that the huge boiler has been removed and the new system is in place. We're looking forward to a cozy and worry free winter thanks to Jeff and his team!

Installed new boiler and water tank and work was satisfying and service was good and prompt. Very knowledgeable professional and get it done in just one day. I would recommend other if they need to repair/upgrade their heating system

Needed a natural gas line ran to the outside for a natural gas grill. It was much quicker than expected as he found an existing pipe to split off of that was much closer to exterior and thus, a little less than the estimate. Also explained how to winterize it for later and even pained the valve outside to match the color of the gas line from the grill. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Answered questions about potential future project. Will definitely hire again.

Jeff and his son came to my house at 10:30 pm to fix the problem and the following Monday at 8:00 in the early morning to complete the repairs needed.
