Description of Work: Performed a very thorough home inspection. The inspector was a builder and it showed, he was able to find many things, explain them, and move on to the next. During the inspection everything was fantastic, probably the best home inspection I've had (and I've had several on various homes in the past) however the final report was not as detailed as many I have had in the past and had no pictures. For me this was fine, I walked through everything with the inspector and understood the issues. But, if you aren't able to be there yourself or want photos and lots of detail for later you might want to discuss this with them ahead of time to see if this is possible. Like I said, overall a great inspection!

Description of Work: Jackson Home Inspection returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. The Inspector we worked with was very knowledgeable, articulate, and professional. He was prompt with his appointments (we used him a few times when house hunting) and courteous. We had our inspection report within 24 hours as promised. Very happy with the service. FRANK WAS THE INSPECTOR ON THIS JOB. HE WALKED THROUGH THE HOME WITH US, TAKING TIME TO POINT OUT PROBLEMS AS WELL AS NON-ISSUES. THE WALKTHROUGH WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND HE WAS WILLING TO ENTERTAIN ANY QUESTION. IN FACT, HE POINTED OUT SEVERAL MAJOR FLAWS - AFTER GETTING ESTIMATES FOR REPAIR COSTS, WE DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE THE HOUSE (FRANK WAS RIGHT ON WITH PROBLEMS, INCIDENTALLY). WITHOUT FRANK'S HELP, WE COULD HAVE BEEN STUCK WITH A MONEY PIT. I HAD ONLY ONE ISSUE: DURING THE WALKTHROUGH, HE POINTED OUT NUMEROUS ISSUES. I STARTED TO TAKE NOTES, BUT FRANK SAID EVERYTHING WOULD BE IN HIS FINAL REPORT. IN FACT, THE FINAL REPORT WAS SOMEWHAT TERSE, LEAVING US TO RECONSTRUCT THE WALKTHROUGH AFTERWARDS.
