They were very responsive and reasonably priced. They thought about our situation and came up with a solution that worked with our budget and long term plans. When they did the work, they stayed until it was all complete and tested. They also kept the place very neat and clean. I would use them again.

Jeff and Rob were great! Fast at determining the problem. Really nice guys too! They had the unit up and running in the first ten minutes.

Went extremely well. Jeff told me the options and talked me through each of them. Once decision was made, he scheduled everything and was done within a week. Removed old oil burner and tank. Installed new Rinnai combi unit, so now there was more room in basement for my clutter. He went above and beyond. Did such a good job, we hired him to redo our bathroom and received the same, excellent work. We will be keeping him on our speed dial for any other work that we will be doing in the future.

On a Friday night, our boiler shut down. We reset it and eventually, it started working on its own, but we called Jeff and left a message, because who knew whether it would stop working again. We didn't indicate that it was urgent--since we had heat at the time that we left the message--but Jeff called back shortly after we left the message anyway. He said that he'd be in our area and would take a look at the boiler the next afternoon (a Saturday). That turned out to be a good thing, since the problem recurred a couple of times overnight. And then, when it became apparent that the boiler was shutting down constantly and our problem needed to be fixed right away, he went to complete his other scheduled jobs, and then came back to our house and stayed until almost 8pm on a Saturday night to repair our boiler. The price was very reasonable too! On top of that, it's not as though we were regular customers. He never heard of us before, and yet he went waaay out of his way to accommodate us. On a scale of 1 to 10, we'd give him a 14. He's going to get all of our business from now on, and he should get yours too!

Great service! I was in a fix. My old kitchen faucet was not working. Not only did I get a quick response, the faucet replacement was done on the same day. Jeremy’s work was on time, fast, clean and efficient. I was thrilled to get such great service for such a small job. I will use J Griffin for all my plumbing needs in the future.

They were great! Came on very short notice, guys were very polite and friendly, followed safety precautions, and worked quickly.

In January, Jeff came to service my boiler, which had been shutting off randomly and required several resets. He broke the bad news that the boiler would need to be replaced relatively soon, but understood my need to plan for it and was helpful in providing information without "mansplaining." He talked through options and answered questions. When I was ready, I didn't hesitate to go with Jeff and crew for the replacement job. The quote was fair and I trusted him and his team to do right by me for such a big investment in my home. The system that was installed is practically a work of art! They even tucked the new water heater around the corner from the original spot, creating more space in the main walkway area of the basement. They were communicative, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. It's been 3 months and the new system seems to be working beautifully. Looking forward to seeing how it performs and saves on heating costs during the colder months. I'll keep calling Griffin Heating & Plumbing for all of my needs.

Absolutely wonderful. This is my first home and my first major project. Jeff and Jeremy were nothing but professional, prompt and informative about everything they were doing. Made me really excited for what to do next! Their attention to detail is phenomenal, they even structured the intake and exhaust pipes in a way where the snow wouldn't hinder the airflow. If you're not calling them for all of your plumbing and heating needs, you need to start now.

Fantastic. Jeff is a pro. Installation went as described in both locations. He came back Immediately when I had a water gauge issue for my water meter ( installed 7 years ago) and replaced it on the spot. Jeff is professional, punctual, cleans up, old furnace removal and does great work. I’m very happy with my 2 new efficient heaters and hot water heaters! My heating costs are down substantially! I’m glad we chose Jeff.

It went great! Jeremy came out when he promised and gave us an estimate for work to be completed. He followed Covid19 protocols with mask. Cleaned up after himself, removed old faucet and spigot handles. Was informative and helpful We will definitely hire them again!

Jeff and his team were among the best contractors I've worked with. The communication with them was clear and easy, they were always very responsive, and the work is of the highest quality. I had a number of special or unusual needs for my project, and they were able to accommodate all of them. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the start, responsive, Jeff took my call, answered questions and got back to me regarding making a time to do the job. Kept an open communication along the way. Jeremy & Mike arrived on time, where polite, professional & knowledgeable towards the task at hand. They also took the time to explain details that could make my water heater more efficient etc.

Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. I'm so sorry I just realized I didn't hit submit on this review. It was several months ago, but I still wanted to finish this because they were so wonderful.

Jeff was punctual and efficient. he arrived when he told me he would. He was very professional. I was very satisfied with this experience
