Essential Landscapes

I received their flyer in the mail and since I like to use local businesses, I chose this company. At first, it gave me pause because their email address was spelled incorrectly. However, after looking at other companies on the internet and calling one (and not being called back) I looked up Essential Landscapes on the internet and filled out their CONTACT form. I received an email the next day saying they were on vacation and would be by the following week to perform the service, and he'd get me an estimate. Unless he drove by my house later on, he must've used GOOGLE MAPS because he gave me a quote of $200 for aeration and over seeding. I said it was fine (after aerating my yard last year, I figured this amount was worth it) and he said he'd be there by Friday. Well, because of the rain and his own crazy schedule, he wrote back and said it'd be the following week. He did show up last Friday, did the work (while blowing some leaves off the grass so he could seed) and was here for maybe 45 minutes. He emailed me right after to say the work was done and that they also do leaf collection if we need it. Since I didn't see a bill tucked into the door, I assume he will mail it.
