Dec-Tam Corporation

We hired Dec-Tam to remove asbestos from our basement foundation after they were recommended by another abatement company. Our situation was somewhat unusual and Dec-Tam had the experience, machinery, and manpower necessary to do a thorough and safe job. Everyone we dealt with at Dec-Tam was professional, considerate and reliable. Our personal contact, Peter Duffy, was exceptional. Peter knew we were concerned about the project and he held our hands the entire way. No matter what day or time we called or emailed him, he responded promptly, usually within minutes. He helped us through the whole ordeal as if he had nothing else to do! We felt like he really cared about us and the job. He set the new gold standard for customer service! Dec-Tam always arrived and finished as scheduled and did a fabulous job with a difficult situation. The containment area was a thing of beauty! We had the air quality tested several times during the process and it was always completely safe. Our hygienist told us Dec-Tam was the company to use for any tricky situations. We definitely recommend them for any sensitive or unusual abatement jobs or for anyone who wants to get the best job possible.
