We loved them.

Very well;this is a small company and they use power mowers rather than tractors. They are very responsive to any requests I have made and all services requested have been performed well.I like the personal, cutomer service focus.

I spoke with the owner, Paul, on Friday 23.May and made an appointment for Tuesday, 27.May for an estimate on yardwork. He called me at 5pm on the 27th to ask if he could either come later than the scheduled 5:15pm or come another day. We agreed upon Wednesday 28.May @ 5:15pm. He did not show up nor call me. I left two voicemail messages - one on Wednesday evening and another Thursday morning, both asking for a return call. I have NEVER heard back from him! TERRIBLE!

They did a ton of work for us. I loved that their mission was to give some of the profits to charity. They actually did a really good job. The owner was such a nice guy and was a pleasure to work with. They really put their heart and soul into the job. We would consider calling them back if we needed a crew of people to accomplish something. We have had no issues since the service was provided. We had tried to call a couple of landscapers and some of them would not call us back. However, this company came within a few hours after we called them. We got a quote from them and started the job within a week or two. They were terrific.

They did a good job on everything they did and the price was reasonable. It is a small firm that is very personalized. They know me, my name and are very responsive. They were an all-around good outfit and are very professional.

I met with four companies to discuss some needed spring cleanup and bed edging along with yearly lawn and yard care . I selected Charity Landscaping from Reading, MA. to perform these services. Making the selection was quite easy. When I first met with Paul Hoyt, the owner, I was totally impressed what a knowledgeable and likeable person Paul is My decision to hire Charity Landscaping was made even before I had all my estimates. Paul, a former marine, along with his dad Bob and his friend Ed arrived at my home at 8 am and worked thru the day and left my home after giving my yard the best spring cleanup and flower bed edging it has had in the 50 years I have lived in this home. I highly recommend Charity Landscaping.. And although it played no part in my decision -- Charity Landscaping's estimate was quite reasonable.

We love these folks. They do a wonderful job and are responsive to our needs. They don't quit until the job is done. One day they were here well into the early evening and they work in the heat and cold. We liked them so much that we have them plowing for us this season

Paul and his crew did a superior job. Paul's crew members and services were professional, prompt and courteous. They completed the job on time and left the property free of any debris. Highly recommended for all your landscaping needs.

Wonderful people, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone as nice as these people. They did a great job----IN THE HEAT!
