Michael was very good. Detailed in explaining everything as to options and placement of the system. He was creative in offering features that were cost effective considering the unit was going into a rental unit. He was very competitive with respect to pricing. We have not had the work done yet but plan to. (We N/A'd Quality in the rankings only because the work has not been done yet)
Description of Work: Provided proposal for installation of ductless ac/c and heat pump for small apartment.
