+ -1 moreThey were very prompt in scheduling an appointment to view the house when we first called them. The initial inspection went well and they told us it would take them a few days to put together the bid to do the work. We waited a week and then called. The person we had met with said he was waiting on approval from his boss for numbers, but he would call us in a day or two. We waited a few more days and called again, with no result. We sent one final email, but never heard back. The meeting at the house had gone so well we were almost sure we were going to hire this company, had they only followed through.
Description of Work: They promised us an estimate on a substantial foundation repair/sill replacement but we never heard back from them.
