+ -1 moreTOM ANGELI SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE DISHONEST BECAUSE WILL NOT DISCLOSE BREAKDOWN OF JOB, AND REFUSES TO COMPLETE JOB AFTER I REPORTED TO HARVEY INC. FOR ARBITRATION. HARVEY INC., HAS INDICATED IN A REPORT THAT WINDOWS WERE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED INCORRECTLY 16 HARVEY DOUBLE HUNG VINYL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. WINDOWS NOT INSULATED; LOCK IN WINDOWS WITH PINS, ALSO OUTSIDE OF WINDOWS NOT WRAPPED WITH ALUMINUM. REFUSAL TO REVEAL THE COST OF THE WINDOWS OR LABOR COST ON PROPOSAL OR CONTRACT.
