+ -1 moreAlde always answers his phone or calls back within a few minutes. Good communication. He quoted me a price for the painting and an hourly rate for the carpentry work. Alde held to his price and his subcontractor did a nice job on the carpentry work. He convinced me to wash the house with bleach and the cedar shingles look like new. There were a few spots where I think the bleach may have killed the grass, but otherwise everything looks great. I would use Alde's painting again.
Description of Work: Painted exterior trim. Power washed house and deck. Performed several small carpentry jobs using a subcontractor. Sanded and stained wood picnic tables and deck furniture.

+ -1 moreThey were a fastidious group and seemed to take pride in everything they did. They were very neat and reliable. They were such a hard working group. The owner came to inspect the work regularly.
Description of Work: He washed the house and painted all the trim. He hand washed the shingles rather then power washing them because the shingles are so old he did not want to damage them.
