Discussed my needs and was completely satisfied with her suggestions and recommendations. Although I do not need her services at this time, I will definitely call her when the needs arises. Description of Work: Mary discussed my plan with me, brought fabric choices and was open to my finding my own fabric if I saw something I liked. We settled on 2 designs, the work was done efficiently, carefully and on time. She came with the installer to make sure everything was perfect. If she was running behind schedule she called, and she adjusted to my schedule. I am happy with the finished products and am happy to recommend her talents and professionalism.

She gave me several options for fabric choices and did not stop until I was completely happy with the choice and the design of the window treatment. She outsources her installs but is personally present to oversee the final product. Mary is warm, knowledgable and has an incredible array of resources. I am already working with her on our Master bedroom project. Call Mary, you'll be very pleased!

+ -1 moreI had seen Mary's work at a friends house and so I knew that when I was doing my windows and slipcover that I wanted to use her services. She responded promptly and was very friendly and professional. Mary came to my house, looked at the two rooms and listened to my ideas, likes/dislikes etc. She quickly figured me out and came up with a design proposal that was perfect! She has a way of putting fabric together that is both traditional and contemporary. My dining room is very traditional and I was trying to avoid boring and typical but stay mostly traditional at the same time. Mary managed to keep with that but give it that up-to-date kick that I would never have figured out. I Love it!! Also, without much lead time Mary somehow had everything finished and installed for me by Thanksgiving!! I'm so happy with her work, she was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Flourishing Design to all my friends.
Description of Work: I had window treatments for my dining room and living room designed, made and installed. I also had slipcovers made. All I had to do was tell Mary my desired color scheme and she proposed the most beautiful, elegant combination of fabric that I would never have thought of alone. She has an eye for detail that makes my windows really stand out. I LOVE what she did!

+ -1 moreShe came to my home first to look around and give me some ideas and see what I wanted (I had some ideas but wasn't sure). Then she returned with some samples and spent a lot of time discussing options and taking measurements. She returned to do 2nd measurements to be safe and then ordered everything. Not everything came in together as expected so she had her installer come back another day to complete everything. He was wonderful too and even put up a picture, mirror, curtain and a couple other valances that I did not purchase through her. Can't say enough good things about both of them, especially since I was on a bit of a time crunch, trying to get it all done before my baby arrived!
Description of Work: Mary helped me pick out all the window treatments for the first floor of my brand new home, as well as a room darkening shade for the baby's room. She had great ideas and was flexible, professional and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Mary was a pleasure to work with. She brought several samples to choose from that ranged the span of prices. Mary was low pressure and well experienced. I had her reupholster a wing chair $700 and do window treatments in the family room $1200. The quality is A+ I love the results and will definitely use her again.
