The tree that I needed to be removed was at a second home. When he arrived he noticed that water from my outdoor shower. He determined that the mixing valve had cracked from the cold. He called me and then went into my home and checked on the water line, making sure that everything was shutoff and that was no water damage. So not only did he take down the tree, but he provided emergency plumbing service, too!

After meeting with John, from JT's he cleaned out & drained our irrigation system, shut it down. We discussed the snow removal of our property, which we were happy to have one company do both jobs. John was not only very polite, on time, knowledgeable, but very resonable and one of the very few that would come out to our Wellfleet home for snow removal. I would highly reccomend JT's. Thank you John !
