Stan & Paul's

I called Stan and Paul's, the repairman came from another company, Appliance Care Service Company. One visit was made to diagnose the problem, had to wait for parts, then second visit for actual repair. Came within time frame stated.

They are reasonably priced, prompt and timely. They are very honest. If something cannot be fixed, they let you know. Being that they are a small family business, they are good when it comes to prices. If they are in your home, it is wonderful but if you call them for parts that can be a bit difficult sometimes.

Overall I was very happy the repairman showed me what had happen also told me why and what I need to do so it would not happen again. For the prize I paid I was again very happy.

They are excellent. I was very satisfied with them. They were wonderful to work with, truthfully. They were very prompt. It was a refrigerator arrangement and I needed immediate service. I had tried four other dealers and Stan and Paul's were the ones who came through for me. They located the particular refrigerator that I wanted and got it to me in less than twenty four hours. They took the old refrigerator away. The delivery people were very courteous. They matched the price that I had gotten, the lowest price I had. I can't say anything bad about them, they were wonderful to me.

Went fast, simple job.

The gas range had been removed to install a new kitchen floor. Upon completion, no gas was being fed to the appliance even though the gas line was hooked up. Range was carefully pulled out and the technician confirmed that the valve was shut off- something the floor installer had said was checked and turned on. While I had to pay the minimum price for the call ($63) and the minimum labor rate ($30)- which the installer reimbursed- the service technician was professional, prompt and apologetic for the cost.
