Description of Work: They replaced a pool that they told me on several occasions over several years that the manufacturer went out of business. For years I have problem with that pool. Two years ago I confronted the owner and informed him that I got in contact with the manufacturer and they certainly were not out of business. The truth was that Aaron Pool and Spas was no longer doing business with them. They (Arron pools) installed a new pool from a different manufacturer and did a terrible job with that installation, also. The bottom of the pool has more craters than the Moon. The large area concrete deck started cracking within months. They said they would fix it and as of this date have not even contacted me about it. I am preparing to take them to court. Two pools two decks, and still I have a piece of crap. Fifty plus thousand dollars and nothing but disappointment. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to have a pool installed STAY AWAY FROM AARON POOLS AND SPAS. They are rip off artists.

+ -1 moreThe sales person showed us what we wanted to know and wasn't pushy. We came back about 6 weeks later to buy, and they gave us the sale price even though the sale was long over. They delivered the hot tub to our house within a week (would have been sooner except for the Thanksgiving holiday). They evaluated our water sample and provided chemicals. We look forward to having them service our hot tub on an ongoing basis.
Description of Work: We purchased a hot tub from them.
