Our state of the art VoIP phone system and data network routes emails, calls and voice messages to the primary support representative first and backup technicians in 15 minute increments until somebody responds to the client. We are proud partners of Datto, Revo, Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, IBM/Lenovo, HP and other market leaders. Adam Oppedisano, Owner of ARO IT Solutions, is located in Massachusetts. Adam has been working in the technology industry since 1991 where he began as a business telephone system installation engineer. By 1996 he expanded his expertise to include installing and maintaining business networks as well as computer installation and repair and website design. In 2000 he expanded his expertise again by migrating from field services to engineering/software developer. He helped design a network ready, PC based Voice Processing Server now referred to as Voice Over IP or IP Telephony where he was one of only about 100 people in the country certified on VoIP.
