Linda Walton immediately replied to a request for an estimate. We had a tree and tree stump removed that left a damaged sidewalk and deep hole. Linda identified the damaged sidewalk as a legal liability and scheduled a new sidewalk to be installed on the following Saturday. Tim was great to work with. He responded quickly to my online enquiry, came out as scheduled to review the job and gave me an estimate before leaving, with a clear explanation of the work to be done. We had to reschedule the job because of town paving work, and we maintained good communication until the town was done and we could get back in his schedule. I absolutely loved Tim and his crew. At the beginning when I was getting prices, Tim was on time for our apt . He arrived and was very pleasant and professional . He answered many questions and did it with a smile. He was very respectful to my elderly mother and me. After he measured he hopped back in his truck and we had our estimate in five min. We had other projects going on and he was flexible with our time frames. On the morning of the job he arrived early and Tim and his crew went right to work . They were at my house for the entire day and After they were done Tim had me come out and he explained the entire job in detail. He had instructions for a new driveway and do’s and dont’s. We got a beautiful driveway and walkway. My mom was so impressed with his old school service and professionalism that she booked his services to re-do her walkways. I’m so very happy we chose him. Great! The guys went down three layers, but couldn't remove the bottom layer due to out of date radiant heat system (not allowed to take those up these day, even if they don't work). It was a massive undertaking! Lots to take away. Mr. Proia was the only (repeat only) contractor who introduced himself while measuring the work. He was the only one who contacted us by phone. Personality and availability speaks thousands in who to choose. . .

Tim and his team were great. They told me they would be at my house at 6:30am and they were there on time. They completed all the work in day. The team worked continuously and cleaned up before they left. The price was right and I recommended them to my neighbors that asked about the driveway. They got behind on the day they were to install the driveway due to rain but still showed up and worked late to get the job done.

I asked for a quote from AJ Proia & Son Asphalt Paving for a new 2-car driveway for the newly built 2-car garage. It was late in the season and we were experiencing terrible rain storms. Many of the paving companies I asked for quotes never replied. However, this company replied within hours to indicate that he was booked out to the end of the month and with the terrible weather, would not get to it until spring. We really appreciated his responsiveness even though we didn't use him.

Promptly returned my initial call, initial job estimate was clear and well communicated. Kept me well appraised of potential dates as we waited for the weather to break to allow the job to be done. Showed up the day before to go over exactly what was being done so all parties were on the same page, which was great. Made sure there were no surprises and provided a last chance to make any necessary alterations. Day of job the work was well done, and the job site was cleaned up. Six months later asphalt is holding up great.

My driveway expansion project (added an additional parking spot) came out great. It looks very good... nice and smooth, properly graded and nicely tapered to meet my existing driveway. Working with Tim Proia was easy; he was professional and very experienced. His employees were careful when working on my property, plus, I didn't have to overhear swearing or watch them stamp out cigarettes on my lawn, as I have observed previously when working with other home improvement contractors. This project was just smooth-sailing the whole way. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. Linda came to our house to give us a quote. She offered several options, something none of the other people did. She was willing to work with our contractor. Again, very helpful and flexible. Work was done on time and result as promised. The crew was professional and efficient.

Very nicely done. Linda and Michelle were very candid and honest throughout the process. They tried very hard to accommodate and address the neighbors' concerns. Apparently they know what they are talking about and what they are doing. On the day they arrived on time and performed the job as promised, finished on time and clean up just as they told the neighbors they would.

They showed up exactly as planned. Very professional team, everything was cleaned after the work. Very satisfied overall. I did not check other contractors as I was very impressed by the first visit where the owner went in great details about what was needed an suggested improvements to the original driveway.

Went very well. He is a little pricey but does quality work. He was very professional with his appearance and timely in his response to our request for a quote. We had three other quotes, but chose him because of his explanation of the work to be done. All in all very happy with the results.
