Princess Maid Service

Very w ell. They are thorough and professional. The ladies are very friendly but don't stop their work to chat. They are usually here for about an hour and when they leave the house looks and smells so nice.

The 2 person team did arrive on time and they were very nice. I quickly showed them around and left them to do their thing. When I arrived home a few hours later, to be honest, aside from the bathrooms it didn't even look like they cleaned. When I called the office to ask what happened, I was told they were only given 2 hours to clean my house because they had another house to get to. I was also told that because of this, they probably had to rush through and weren't even there for a full 2 hours. This was suppose to be a deep clean. On a 2300 sq ft house. When I set this up, they told me it would take between 2-3 hours. I mean seriously, I actually had to finish cleaning myself when I got home. There was still dust everywhere, the floors were not properly vacuumed, there were rings on my kitchen table so it was obviously not even wiped down. I will say that the bathrooms were spotless. So yeah, there's that. I don't blame the people who cleaned, I blame management for making these poor employees rush through my home in under 2 hours and expect them to do a thorough cleaning. I don't know who is running the show over there but they are doing a really poor job of it. They DID offer to have them come back but at that point I felt so bad for the people working for them and frustrated with the company that I didn't want anything to do with them. Needless to say, I did not keep them on to clean my house on a bi-weekly basis as I had planned.
