+ -1 moreTheir salesman Gregory Foland was due at my house this morning at 8 AM to do an estimate. The appointment was made 3 weeks ago. When I contacted the sales person after 8 o’clock to find out where he was, he told me he wasn’t coming because he had to meet in Insurance Adjuster. He knew about this beforehand, and did not care about my time. Very very poor salesman.

+ -1 moreThey were sub-part. They particularly do slate and tile roofs; it is their forte. They were kind of sloppy and lazy. It was a half a** kind of job so I would never use them again. I had a lot of tiles in my cellar and I ended up having to buy tiles from them which was ridiculous. They were always trying to make money. I would make sure I told people never to do business with them. They are very shoddy and do very shoppy workmanship.
Description of Work: I used Old Timers to replace broken tiles.

+ -1 moreThey were good and have a personal touch. They did a great job with what they were expected to do. The personal touch really gave it a kinda homy feeling. They just made it a good experience and a good time for all of us.

+ -1 moreIt was really hard for me to get a hold of them because they did not return my calls. They had no professionalism at all. Their quality of work was bad and they didn't get here on time. The price they gave me was average.
