He had a quote ready when i arrived home. Once I called him to state we would like his company to come and do the work, he said he would call me and let me know when they would be able to come. He called to tell me he would be available the last week of April and the crew came at 7:30 am, and were finished the job the same day. The driveway looks great, and their pricing was much more reasonable than other contractors I received quotes from.

We had a new garage put in, and needed our dying driveway replaced. The work was done efficiently, and schedules figured out so I could get in and out as necessary. The driveway drains beautifully. We have no puddles, and it's now 18 months later. The underlay work was done well so that there have been no frost shifts. I was very happy with the work, and would happily recommend them to anyone who needed a new driveway.

I left a message saying I wanted to get an estimate for this work and received a timely response. John came out and reviewed our driveway area (big enough to park 6 cars) and gave me a quote on the spot (complete with a write up detailing what work would be done, the size of the space to be paved, the amount and types of materials to be used). I also asked if he could pave a small area at the end of our front walkway so that we would have a full length walkway to the street instead of having to step in mud during rainy periods, and he added a small amount to the estimate to cover that work (plus we had a discount coupon to apply toward the job!). He said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to us, but he would let me know beforehand. John was as good as his word. I received a call from him alerting me the crew would be by in a day or so and they arrived as promised. Everything about the way they conducted themselves and performed the work was exemplary! Even the care and attention paid to the little extra piece of walkway was as if it was the most important piece of the job. When I got home later in the day I found a booklet in the mailbox that outlined the do's and don'ts of new driveway use and care that answered all our questions without having to ask them! We are thoroughly pleased with the work that was done and smile every time we have to get in or out of our cars or walk down to leave our trash barrel by the street or get our mail...no more worrying about twisting an ankle on rocks, sinking in puddles of mud and tracking it into the house!

Very responsive and professional. No issues. Actually very patienty with me as I did lots of homework and asked lots of questions. Accomodated my request to do a saw cut between old and new with no fuss. Will use these guys to sealcoat next spring once driveway cures.

John said he and his crew would arrive at 7 AM Thursday and Friday -- they were exactly on time both days. Before they did anything, he and I walked the driveway where my wife and I wanted the work done, going over our requirements and confirming his plan. John himself began by marking a line 340 feet from the street with a backhoe where the asphalt would begin (and the transition zone with the remaining portion of gravel driveway would be made). He also removed a large rock that had been poking through the surface, which had interfered with my snow plowing. He then switched machines to remove the grass and level the crown and grade the existing gravel while his crew marked the 12-foot width all the way out to the street. He then had his crew apply the additional gravel and he graded that as another crew member machine-rolled it to compact it. Finally. on the first day, he and his crew applied and rolled the base coat of asphalt, intentionally adding a hump near the street to keep water from coursing from the street onto the driveway. (We hadn't asked for that, but we were pleased he thought to do that.) On the 2nd morning John and his crew arrived exactly on time again, and applied and machine-rolled the top coat. A member of his crew hand-tamped the edges. Finally, John spread the reserved gravel to create a smooth transition between the asphalt and the remaining gravel driveway at the end away from the street. We were very happy with the results, John's personal attention to detail, and his crews professionalism and hard work. We definitely recommend John Biagiotti Paving. The price was reasonable, the quality excellent, and he and his crew were professional and courteous.

John came right out the same day to give me an estimate. His price came in below everybody and I hired him on the spot. I had used Biagiotti paving in the past for another driveway, so I was already away of the quality of work. They showed up first thing in the morning and I walked through the proposed work with the crew to make sure we were all on the same page. John took the time after the work was complete to make sure that the work was done to our satisfaction and if we had any questions. The crew was polite and courteous. You can't beat Biagiotti for their quality and price.

Contacted John (owner) and he stated he would check it out. He sent a couple of his crew to what I assumed would be to correct the problem. Result was worse, an 8 foot line depression. Water just puddled and flowed via a divot. I discussed this with him and his comment was "Well we did that so the water would drain off the driveway". I took pictures and sent to him. This is ridiculous. I asked him "why didn't you fix it". His response was, "because it would look like a patch job". Again I said this is not what it should look like. Neighbors even commented that it didn't look right. Again with discussions, John said well "I have to get a hold of some equipment (? Infrared-whatever) to melt it down so it would not look like a patch job and that he did not have the device. He would have to borrow one. He and I fully understood each other in the type of grading I wanted. Based on what I saw, he would have been a good company to follow through with. As far as I'm concerned they responded well within a few days and they needed very little information from me.

We haven't sealed our asphalt driveway in years and decided it was time to take care of the small depressions and cracks that have popped up recently. John came by to give us an estimate and we had him come do the work about a week later. The workers were very neat and the driveway looks great. They put about an inch or two of asphalt over the top of our existing driveway and made sure it was level where it needed to be and sloped to avoid puddling where it needed to be. He called us a few weeks later to set up a time to seal the driveway. It looks great and we are very happy with it.

We quoted out extending our driveway last year - adding 20x30 feet for 3 more cars to park. We decided too late to have it done so had John requote it this year.His pricing was good, they came and did the job promptly - within a week of booking it, exactly as we were told. Overall great experience.

John came to our house to give an estimate. After reviewing other estimates, and what was included in that estimate, John's services best suited our needs for the price. We left a message with the secretary that we were interested in moving forward. She said John would contact us when he was able to do the driveway. On Sunday, April 15th, John called to let us know that he and his crew would be there on Wednesday, April 18th to do the job. He and his crew arrived at around 7:30am and got right to work. The had the tree stub ripped out, and walkway torn-up within the first half hour....it was amazing! The finished the job that day, and it is AWESOME!! This job could not have gone better. John, the owner, stopped by and gave me a price. Price was favorable compared to other estimates I received. John and his crew arrived when scheduled and proceeded to do the job in two mornings as expected. While I am not an expert in this area, everything they did looked right to me. When I called for an estimate, John scheduled a time with me and was there 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. He provided me a detailed estimate which was the lowest of the three estimates I received. I scheduled the work, which was done in two phases (tearing out the old driveway and laying down a new base, then returning to put asphalt and topcoat down). He came and did the work on the days he was scheduled, was very neat and efficient, and the final product was excellent. The only problem was a drainage issue; he could not make the pitch of the driveway higher where it needed to be because it wouldn't meet cleanly with the garage, so he made a small trench in the asphalt across half the driveway so the water would drain. He didn't consult with me first, and I don't really like the trench, although it does the job. It leaves a bump in the asphalt which is a bit unsightly. I wish he had talked to me first so we could go over options before he had done that. Other than that, he was courteous and professional and the rest of the driveway is beautiful.

John provided an estimate within the stated timeframe. Once we accepted the estimate, they came back within the stated timeframe to seal coat the driveway. The driveway was wet in one corner when seal coated and for some unknown reason it dried brown rather than black. We contacted John who came out to look at the section that dried brown. John stood by his work and returned to recoat the entire end of the drive way to a ensure a seamless coverage. The driveway dried black the second time and we were happy with the job.

there are dips, spots where puddles accumulate (in the middle of the driveway), they ran out of asphalt near the end and had to go get more, that area is clearly different (top seal), there are spots where some type of vegetation is pushing through, ... To be fair: the owner of the company was sick, his wife said "we are still sending out crews" so I went along. I am not sure if things would have been different, ...

Our driveway is about 20 yards long. One section of it has been sinking over the years (by about 10-12 inches!). We called John in early April and he gave us an estimate to repair, which was reasonable.. He came back in early May as promised (on Mother's day) and repaired our driveway and added a 1.5-inch finish coat of asphalt over the whole length of it. It worked out well and was less expensive than completely replacing it. The quality of work was good. They also came back in June to seal-coat it for extra protection.

They did a great job. They provided a quote on time and did the work when they promised, getting it done quickly and very well. Excellent work.

Mr. Biagotti only gave me an estimate for the work I wanted done and he also gave me an approximate date. I found him helpful in determining what I needed done to correct a problem with my driveway; he was also courteous, and professional. He responded quickly when I first contacted him, and he also was punctual for the scheduled date for the estimate. However, I used another contractor because the date was more with my planned scheduled.

We scheduled by phone an appointment with the company to meet with us and go over the work that WE wished to have done. Biagitotti showed up a day prior to the appointment at an odd time when we were not at home and left a $6500 estimate for work that THEY thought should be done and that would only partially cover what WE wanted done. I called the company, thanked them for their estimate and asked that they come back for another appointment and meet with us to find out what work we wanted to have done. They agreed over the phone and promised to call back and reschedule. I never heard back from them. After I called twice I gave up. I might actually still consider hiring them if they were willing to follow through and find out what work I would like to have done but I am not interested in spending $6500 for work that is not what I wish to have done and only a "guess" on the part of the contractor.

They returned phone calls and came out promptly. We will probably use them.

They showed up close to on-time. Start was delayed by trying to back truck up my curving driveway, but they were careful not to damage my yard. Work was done professionally and it has held up well after two months.

Job got off to a difficult start as once the old driveway was removed, there was a water problem revealed. We had to wait for it to dry out which took several weeks and then several weeks more until company could come back to pave because of weather and other events. Eventually, the job was complete and looks very nice. They were knowledgeable about waiting until driveway was dry before installing new asphalt and followed our directions to build up driveway so it aligned with a new walkway.

Company showed up quickly for estimate and did the work when they said they would. A pleasure to work with.

This is a great company to deal with. I called and left a message that I wanted to get an estimate. John returned my call the next day and two days later was at my home for estimate. The day of the job a crew of 6 or 7 arrived on time. They were polite and easy to deal with. They did a great job, we love our new driveway.
