They arranged for an electrician to handle the electrical part and handled the plumbing part of the job themselves. They were easy to deal with, did a neat job and cleaned up well.

Response was excellent and service top notch. Derrik and Alex were wonderful answered questions and fixed my water overflow tank and flushed everything before leaving. Even told me only the parts I needed which is so important these days and kept my cost down.

Called Ostroski Plumbing when shower diverter failed. They quickly responded to troubleshoot and complete the replacement. Crew was polite, completed work in a timely manner, and cleaned up after work completed.

One zone of our forced hot water heating system stopped working. Sent them a mail over weekend, no reply. Then called Monday morning at 8:30 AM. The lady at the other end noted all info and informed that someone will call me back. No response . Called back again at 11 AM and I was assured that someone will call back by end of day. Nothing ! I finally called another plumber after wasting a day . I can understand that a business might be too occupied to accept new jobs, but they should politely decline to accept the work and not keep people hanging.

We had several plumbing related issues in the house. Took care of each in a very professional manner to make sure all our plumbing related problems were resolved including a mysterious leak in the basement.

He went above and beyond. Disconnected old dryer, came back to connect new dryer after delivery. Found new dryer defective, disconnected it, then came back after new, undamaged dryer was delivered. Each time he came quickly and was extremely fair in his charges.

I was totally pleased with the friendly, competent and professional services provided by Greg and his assistant. I appreciate Greg's responsiveness and willingness to help me with the small projects that needed to be addressed.

Greg's excellent to work with, such a professional demeanor to him. He's honest and won't drive you to fix something that isn't broken. When I called and left a message, he returned my call within 24 hours. Too bad we moved out of the area, but if we didn't - he would have become our go-to for anything plumbing related. I highly recommend Greg for his professionalism and quality of work.

I just had an excellent experience with Greg. I was in need of a plumber to take care of a few issues on our home inspection report as we're in the process of selling our house. I had left a message for Greg - and called back the next day...he was so apologetic that he couldn't return my call the same day. This started our experience off in right foot. Within a few day, Greg came by - addressed the issues and even suggested I not get something repaired as it could lead to future issues. He was honest, and extremely kind and respectful. It's too bad that I'm moving - for Greg would be my go-to for anything plumbing and heating. Before calling anyone else, please let Greg take care of you!

So quick and efficient! Within an hour; everything was fixed, put back together, and cleaned up! I would HIGHLY recommend this kind, courteous, professional plumber.

It went very well. He was patient and explained everything to us. He works with all types of heat, but ours is steam heat. He did a great job.
