+ -1 moreF&S ELECTRICAL HAD COMPLETED ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORK, INCLUDING INSTALLING WALL OUTLETS AND A NEW BATHROOM CEILING FAN/LIGHT, AT MY OUR NEW HOME ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. RECENTLY, THE CEILING FAN HAS BEGUN TO MAKE NOISES INDICATIVE OF FAILING BEARINGS. I RECENTLY CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR FRANK, THE OWNER, ON TWO OCCASIONS VIA HIS ANSWERING SERVICE, TO ARRANGE TO SERVICE THE FAN. HE DID NOT RETURN EITHER CALL. AS A SIDE NOTE, HE DID GOOD WORK ORIGINALLY, BUT CHARGED A FLAT RATE OF $120/HR, WHICH INCLUDED TWO ELECTRICIANS AND A TRUCK, NO MATTER WHAT THE WORK ENTAILED.
Description of Work: FRANK, THE OWNER, DID NOT RETURN TWO CALLS TO SERVICE FAILING EQUIPMENT HE INSTALLED TWO YEARS AGO.
