Highly recommended. David is a knowledgeable and friendly small business owner who doesn't try to oversell you on products and services. I've hired him a few times in the past at our previous home to deal with a carpenter ant problem we were having, and subsequently to do preventative treatment to make sure they didn't return. We moved about 6 months ago to a new home. Previous owners stated they did an annual insect treatment. Called David up and he responded quickly, looked at areas of concern we had (alleviating most of them,) and recommended the insect preventative treatment and bait stations for mice where he had seen some activity. He is very sensitive about our family's concerns about applying chemicals where children and pets are present. He also won't try to upsell you. He talked us out of an expensive preventative treatment that a friend had recommended, when he easily could have sold it to us (he carries it in his truck.) He simply explained that we didn't need it.
Description of Work: Price includes a 2nd visit in the early autumn. Ant and mouse treatment. Also examined woodwork damaged by powder post beetles and determined that there was no current issue, damage occurred in the past.
