They came earlier today to give us an estimate, seemed friendly, quotes seemed reasonable, but still a little too expensive for us. I would get a few more estimates before I say anything for sure.

Though it has not rained since the installation, we have every confidence that the system will work, and that the company will solve any problems that may occur. They have been courteous, professional and communicative throughout. The workers were friendly and did a great job cleaning up after the job.

The estimated time for completion was one day. However, they hit ledge at one point which added another few hours. They came when they were supposed to and cleaned up after the work was completed. When it was all done, they insisted on showing me exactly how the system would work. They covered the furniture that was too large to move out of the rooms, covered the fire alarm and hung plastic sheeting to prevent dust from getting into the rest of the house. I was very pleased with the work.

I was more than pleased with the workers and the job they did.

We got our estimate a year ago, but I tried to find another (cheaper) solution. After spring flooding this year we decided to bite the bullet and have the work done. I got quick response both times, and had an estimate quickly in year one, then an update in year 2 (2 price increases later!). John Stimpson was easy to deal with and was able to get us a date in May due to a cancellation, otherwise we were looking at August. The workmen arrived a little early even, and started up quickly on Monday morning. They covered the few items we left in the basement with plastic, as well as the opening to the first floor and any items in the unfinished (dry) part of the basement that were left. On the whole they worked quickly, and diligently and did exactly what they said they would. They didn't leave any sign of their presence other than the completed job--very nice! They were also pleasant, and friendly. Too soon to tell if they were successful, but it is guaranteed!

"A" excellent experience, didn't try to sell more then I needed. Showed me what they planned to do, showed up on time and did the job. Workers were very polite and very neat.

They were very professional and punctual. The job took a whole day. They ran into unexpected problems with disposing of the water outside of our condo but were able to work around the problems. We've had the sump pump for a few months now and it works beautifully. We'd gotten lower estimates but based on their rating on Angie's List, decided to go with them. I think we made the right decision.

I have mason in since and they would like to shake the hands of the people that did it because it is such a beautiful job. They were hard workers and it took the amount of time they said it would take. They stuck to the original price even though they had to do a little extra.

Work was performed as indicated. When extremely heavy rains came less than six months later, some water came in where work was performed. Water came in from other areas as well, that were not covered by the work. I called the company; they did not return my call. When I called again, they said they were swamped and, to date, have not called back. It is obvious I need more work done, but they have not called me. I am very disappointed. I will have to find another waterproofer since B-Dry is not interested in fixing the problem.

They came and did the job and did it well. The only problem I had with them was that 2 of the guys they sent did not speak English or understand it.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL. GIVEN THE STATE OF MY BASEMENT AND THE MOISTURE ISSUES I HAD EXPERIENCED, THEY DID NOT BELIEVE THAT I NEEDED TO PUT IN THE COST OF THEIR SYSTEM (4000-5000) UNTIL THE ISSUE BECAME MORE SEVERE.

THE CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME, SEEMED TO WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY AND COMPLETED THE WORK AS PROMISED. THEY PUT UP A PLASTIC BARRIER TO KEEP THE DUST FROM SPREADING DURING THE FLOOR DEMOLITION. THEY TOOK AWAY ALL DEBRIS.

THE CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE JUST HAD THE FIRST REAL TEST OF THE SYSTEM DURING A MID-WINTER THAW. THE PUMPS DID THEIR JOB AND THE GARAGE REMAINED DRY. WE USED TO GET A STREAM RUNNING THROUGH THE GARAGE, BUT NOW NOT A DROP ESCAPES.

TOTALLY CURED OUR WATER PROBLEM AND GUARANTEED FOR LIFE TOO! I WAS AMAZED WITH THE SYSTEM. FOR THE FIRST TIME THE FLOOR IS COMPLETELY DRY. WE NOW CAN STORE OUR ITEMS DOWN THERE. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WELL WORTH THE COST.

THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND THOROUGH. IT WAS A BIG JOB (FOR US) AND THEY COMPLETED IT WITHIN TWO DAYS LEAVING US WITH A NOW COMPLETELY DRY BASEMENT. THEIR WORK IS PHENOMENAL.

THE PROBLEM WAS OUR FAULT. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR GUTTERS AND THE WAY OUR LANDSCAPE WAS GRADED. THEY CAME OUT IN FOUR DAYS TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND TALK ON HOW TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING IN THE FUTURE. THEY NEVER MADE US FEEL BAD ABOUT THE PROBLEM WE CAUSED, AND DID NOT CHARGE US. I WISH ALL COMPANIES COULD BE LIKE THEM.

THEY WERE FIRST GOING TO CHARGE $4200. MODIFIED THE WORK AND IT CAME DOWN TO $2800. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY MUCH WORTH THE PRICE.

WOULD USE THE COMPANY AGAIN. GOOD HARD WORKERS

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT BUT THERE WAS A HIGH PRICE. THEY WERE SUFFICIENT AND THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.

IT WAS A REMARKABLE JOB. VERY FAST AND THOROUGH.
