This job could not have gone more smoothly. All B-Dry representatives from the design proposal/estimator to the office administrator to the site leaders and entire crew were polite, thorough, and knowledgable. Everyone was incredibly hard working, showed up on time and made sure every detail was done properly. Basement is DRY and I highly recommend using B-Dry for any basement water issues you might have!

When we contacted B-Dry System, the staff was very friendly and immediately scheduled an appointment. Mr. Bill Clayton promptly came to evaluate the problem, explained in detail what needed to be done, and provided an estimate. He was very patient with us, answering all of our questions and was very professional in his presentation. The knowledgeable workers did an excellent job! The project was completed on time with superb workmanship. Even though we have been experiencing heavy rains and snowstorms, our basement is dry and we can now enjoy this extra livable space thanks to B-Dry System. The guys were right on time, did a great job communicating with me about the work to be done, did a great job keeping dust out of the rest of my house, and produced a really nice finished product. We were told that a water inspection of the basement would be prudent while we were in a bidding process on a home so after our broker saw good reviews for B-Dry on the web, she gave their phone number. I called and left a message before we left for Maine for the 4th of July weekend and then Don from B-Dry returned my call on a Sunday, impressive! We spoke for a half-hour and then scheduled a visit for that week. He came to the home (that we now own), to perform a basement inspection and assess the potential for flooding or water problems. He was knowledgeable of the surrounding area with wetlands, he explained how water comes into a basement, and he knew about concrete/cement physiology. He identified areas in the basement that showed evidence of prior water leakage/flooding. He found evidence that a sump pump had previously been in place in a hidden location of the basement though the owner claimed no knowledge of any such pump ( or water in the basement for that matter!) Don never attempted to dramatize or overstate the issues and he never tried to coerce us into buying anything and even downplayed the need for investing in a waterproofing system suggesting that a gutter system around the perimeter of the house would most likely protect the basement. Based on what Don had taught us, we decided that it was in our best interests to get the basement waterproofed. We scheduled with Don for a week that would work for us and the team that showed up on that day were friendly, professional, and hard working. They were led by Frank and he was very communicative about everything going on. They completed the job in 3 days and we were very pleased with the results. The basement is protected and B-Dry did an outstanding job, their people are top-notch! I highly recommend them! A+++++

The B-Dry team was prompt, professional, and conscientious. The team did a great job on the install, finishing one day earlier than initially estimated. The communications with the estimator and office were smooth; they had no issues with using one of my existing sump-pumps as a back up to save on the install costs. We are pleased with the final system and the company certainly lived up to the recommendations that our neighbors and co-workers gave.

B Dry sent a competent, qualified crew to my house and installed their waterproof basement system. They left my basement mopped and in better condition than it was. The crew answered every question I had throughout the process and the B-Dry back office personnel was really helpful, as well as the original Sales Associate who quoted the job and has given me his cell phone number. B-Dry is focused on customer satisfaction and it shows. The best part is that I now have a waterproof basement system from the most reputable provider and it is working great. Highly recommended.

Overall, we were very glad that we chose B-dry to complete our basement's waterproofing. The initial consultation was very easy as well as working with the main office to schedule the installation. The whole installation process took two days and the employees were very prompt. Aside from the construction noise, there wasn't any additional communication until the project was completed. There were some language barriers with some of the staff, but they were all very professional and conscientious. I haven't yet had the opportunity to test out the system/generators, but hopefully we never need to use it to find out. We would definitely recommend B-dry to friends and family looking to waterproof their basement.

B-dry was professional, punctual, and responsive at every step. I called them after we received 3" of rain in one storm in December 2014. My finished basement flooded, and since we had just moved in back in July, this was a top priority to fix to be able to use the space on the bottom floor. We called B-dry and they had an estimator, Don, come out to review our property within a few days, even though they were overwhelmed with calls. The price quoted was fair and either in-line with or below the other three estimates we received. The scope of work ensured we would never have an issue again. The work was scheduled for late Feb. 2015 but we were able to move it up a week due to other people cancelling, which was easy to schedule with B-dry. The crew came and completed their work in two days even though there was a storm inbound (winter 2015...). All in all, a great experience and I'd highly B-dry to anyone having basement water issues. They'll solve them for good. James

I was a wreck when they described what would be done to put the system in. Dig up concrete floors? It had to be done because I was having a nightmare issue with serious water in a lower level apartment. They arrived promptly, very cordial and started working. I kept checking in on the job. Concrete and rocks everywhere. I am a bit of a neat freak so this was not easy to see. The system is laid the entire perimeter of the lower level so it was a big job and the workers did not stop. Not even for breaks! Finally, after many hours of very hard work the system was in and the drainage tubing was laid underground to exit water from my back yard area. IMMACULATE! That is how the entire area was when they were done. Have not had a single issue of water in the area since the system was installed ..... I was so pleased with every aspect of this job. Worth the price!

Since the B-Dry System was installed I have had no water issues but I lived in constant fear of a power outage happening when the pump was working. I knew there could be 2+ feet of water in a very short time if it stopped for any length of time. Power very rarely goes down in my area but I had to do something in case. I called the company again and set up to have the work done. A young man showed up to do the job. He quickly set up everything he would be needing to get the job done. So polite and so knowledgeable and did not mind having me around asking questions as he worked. I swear he could have done this job blindfolded. When finished he went through everything he had done until he felt I understood everything. When I initially had this company come and install the system every worker was what I look for in professionals. This young man who came years later to install the battery back-up was also exceptional. I am in a profession that calls me a laborer so this makes me appreciate good workers.

They did an amazing job, the basement looks great and I no longer have to worry about having a wet basement. Carlos and his crew were great, they were professional and worked very efficiently. I would recommend B-Dry to anyone.

Recommended by a neighbor. The basement has had water problems for many year but usually only in the spring when snow is melting. However, flooding problems have been been a deterant to refinish the basement. Very professional assessment. Usually for a improvement of that size, I would get more than one estimate. The office provided many references. The crew chief reviewed with me exactly the work that would be done as communicated from the salesman. The work was done punctually and the clean-up was very good. Basement has been dry (however, we havent gone through a spring). With all the rain that we have had, I have heard the sump pump working however. I have confidence that this company will stand behind their work. My only regret is that we didnt do this years ago.

Our basement flooded twice in the eight years that we have lived in the house. Our basement is finished with carpeting and was a huge cleanup effort with even a few inches of flood water. We had a sump pump which worked fine but the problem is the basement is already flooded, the carpeting ruined and everything is damaged by the time the sump pump kicked in. We wanted a solution that prevented water from entering the basement instead of just a system that was designed to manage the water once it entered the basement. I checked Angie's List and got the names of three (A+) French Drain contracting companies. We had everyone out to look at the job and to provide an estimate. The price ranges were $8200, $8800 and $9200. B-Dry was the highest but their quote added things the other two did not such as a battery backup system should we lose power during a storm and a second in-ground sump pump should the first pump fail to work or be unable to keep up with the incoming water. Dollar for dollar B-Dry was providing much more for the money. Needless to say, we hired them without hesitation. B-Dry only required a $400 deposit to secure the date and for payment requested a start check for $4800 when the job started and the balance at the completion of the project. They do accept credit cards which is good to know. Fortunating we were able to pay with check this time. We selected a date, that was about 3 weeks away, that was the first date they had available. The B-Dry office person communicated the process to us very well and found us a $250 discount that we weren't aware. I also wanted to mention that the account representative provided me with the names, phone number and towns of over 15000 satisfied customers for us to call as references. He had a three ring binder of references that was organized by town and the binder contained 273 pages. Each page was filled single space, top to bottom with the customer's name, phone number and town. The account representative insisted that I take the book and call anyone in the binder for a reference check. He offered the references without my having to ask. We were very impressed The day the job started was a Monday. The job was scheduled to start at 9:00 AM. At 8:30 AM the pleasant account representative showed up, said hello and waited outside for the foreman. The foreman came by at 8:45 AM to walk through the job and at 9:00 AM sharp two truck loads of men showed up and started to work. They lined the entire basement with plastic, were very polite and professional and worked extremely hard. They were very good natured and a real pleasure to have in our home. The crew took lunch breaks in their trucks promptly at noon everyday and returned to work on the half hour. They took scheduled, organized breaks in the morning and afternoon and were very well organized. They said the job would take two days and it took exactly two days. At the end of the second day, the foreman showed me the basement and provided me with the warranty materials and explained the system to me. The basement was extremely clean, not a foot print, empty water bottle or even a tracked in leaf was on the basement floor. The place was spotless. I watched the work off-and-on during the construction and everything was very precise, even, neat and the installation was extremely professional. I am very, very happy with B-Dry and their excellent crew. I would have them back in a second if I every buy another home and want a system installed. I highly recommend them. They are the BEST!

Awesome. Very professional. Initial work was done in 2008 and we have had absolutely no issues with the original work or the 2010 addition work. The $7000 includes both projects. Initial was $5600. Addition was $1400.

B-Dry was able to help us immediately, providing an explanation of the work that would need to be done in order to fix the problem and a break-down of what it would cost. B-Dry started right away, working efficiently and quickly within the budget to complete the job. Once the necessary work was done, they made sure the area was cleaned up and were courtesy throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything and spent time to answer any questions when needed. The job was finished on time and with excellent quality- a first rate experience from start to finish. not only were they very professional....they were very nice...answering all my questions and even helping me outside to see the drainage system...my house is on a rock ledge and it took many hours to drill the ditch....they were very meticulous about keeping everything as clean as possible by using drop cloths over stairwells and over furniture and even over my car in our attached garage...i am a fussy,meticulous senior citizen and to my pleasure they were perfect........

I had a very good experience with B-Dry. I researched a wide range of other companies before picking B-Dry. Some of the other ones sounded good but I was turned off by their trash talking of all of their competitors (the truth is that everyone’s systems basically do the same thing and aren’t all that much different from each other). I also found that the other companies used a “order within the next 5 days and get a discount” tactic, which was annoying. Bill (owner of B-Dry) was a total straight shooter. He knows his stuff and gives good advice. I had a few changes orders throughout the job and he was very fair me with me. Their team is hardworking and very fast. And they show up exactly when they say they will show up. I particularly liked Sidney (site manager). I assume the other companies would have been fine but I was very happy with B-Dry and wanted to write a good review.

They did a wonderful job! They were clean, and they were neat. After the job was done, they came back to make sure everything was done and that everything was alright! They worked really hard. They knew I needed this done quickly, so they worked extra hard to make sure it was done on time.

Perfectly. I picked B-Dry from the top (3) companies offering his service. From sales to the finished installation. Never tried to sell more than I needed. Prompt; right to the minute, explained everything throughout the process. Excellent workmanship. Sealed off the house from the work area and wrapped all personal items and appliances in plastic for protection. Did NOT take any shortcuts!!! This was a big job and it was priced right. Left the basement and outside area cleaner than when started. And i mean really clean - spotless!! Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend. Will use again for another project. When a crew has to jackhammer the floor of your biggest investment - use a company you can trust - Trust in B-Dry - They are the best!! Luis and his crew were excellent, hard working gentlemen.

Prompt response to initial phone call. Sales guy out as promised with a price quote, seemed to know what he was talking about. Maybe knew his stuff too well and thought this was a VERY small job barely worth his time. Meanwhile, the water situation in our basement has been a huge hassle for us! His attitude was not the greatest, nor was he very informative. Again - he has done this for a long time so to him this was probably self explanatory. Crew arrived right on time and finished the job just as planned. Took great care in not dragging in dirt into our basement etc. However, there was a slight language barrier so some of the important information about installment and functionality was lost in translation. The job looks very professional, the system is highly efficient and the overall impression of B-Dry is that the really know their stuff. The only thing lacking might be some customer communication.

We had this job done fifteen years ago. There were many errors. The floor was not leveled after cemented when installing the pipe, making it impossible to put in a tile or wood floor in any part of the basement later on. When the pump stopped because of a power outage which caused a lot of water damage (not their fault) they put in a replacement pump which failed (their fault) causing a second bout of water damage. And because the installers had TURNED OFF the backup battery alarm (why would anyone do that?) this caused a second round of serious water damage. I believe the insurance company went after them for that. .I had the sense that although the estimator had a background in this area, the people actually doing the work had very little training. The lack of proper work with cement was evidence, but I was too inexperienced with contractors at the time to make them correct it. Now I always get three bids for major jobs. Be sure to get another estimate if considering this work. Perhaps they've cleaned up their act over the years.

After the explanation we decided not to use the product because water would be constantly running down the basement wall into a drain. We wanted no water coming into the house.
