+ -1 moreBy all accounts it went very well. There have been no problems with the drain since. He does a great job and his prices are much better than roto rooter. He even gave us a discount for paying cash. The downside, I called him twice this past week for a clogged drain in my tub, once on Friday and again on Saturday and he hasn't called back. I had to call another company, they unclogged the drain and in the process a pipe cracked and they were unable to repair the crack. We are unable to use our shower and no return call still from JA.
Description of Work: He arrived a little late, but he found the problem with the drain, unclogged it and cleaned the pipe out very well.

+ -1 moreJon came out and was very friendly and informative as to what he was doing. He solved the leak that 2 other plumbers couldn't. The disposal was completely jammed up and irreparable (I had sort of expected). I will be scheduling Jon to come back and install the new one.
Description of Work: Called Jon and made an appointment for him to come out and look at a recurring leak in my upstairs bathroom as well as a jammed garbage disposal.
