AJA Architects & Design Build

I used AJA Architects + Design Build when I was renovating an investment property in Foxboro, MA. Charles and his associates at AJA did a complete redesign of the floorplan and coordinated the efforts of all the subcontractors required for the project. The house was gutted and all new systems were installed including HVAC, plumbing, electric, roof, siding, kitchen, landscaping etc. AJA's dedication to the project was second to none. They were extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails, and willing and able to answer my questions. AJA made the entire process as easy and pain free as possible. At completion I received numerous comments from realtors and their clients regarding the high quality of workmanship and level of skill that was apparent in the finished product.

Thanks to Charles Hillier of AJA Architects + Design Build, my wife and I were able to build our dream home. Charles and his company worked closely with us to take a 1500 sq foot house built in the 1920s and create a 3500 sq foot home with all the modern necessities while incorporating all required safety standards. During this process the original home was gutted down to the studs and the new addition was added. Everything in the home was overhauled and modernized including, electric, plumbing, HVAC, windows, roof, siding, and insulation to name a few. Charles and his company were able to meet and overcome many unforseen obstacles that showed up along the way including an unusually harsh fall and winter here in New England. In the end, a beautiful home was produced and my wife and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome.
