TOTAL LAWN & LANDSCAPES INC

I called a couple of landscapers for quotes to weed the shrub beds and trim the bushes and trees. One couldn't get to my yard until the end of July and the other one was $250 more than Total Lawn and Landscape but they said they would trim everything by hand no hedge trimmers. When I talked to Kris from Total Lawn and Landscape he said they would trim some bushes by hand and the rest with hedge trimmers and he would pick the large weeds and spray the small ones. This was fine with me as I was looking for someone to trim my trees and larger shrubs properly and not all the shrubs had to be cut by hand. The shrub beds look good but they used hedge trimmers for everything even the rose bushes which I've always trimmed by hand. They also sprayed all the weeds instead to picking the large ones and spraying the small ones. All the weeds died but I had to pick the large dead ones so they wouldn't show through the mulch, which defeated the purpose of hiring someone to weed. They also cut down and sprayed one of my small plants even though I showed them the plant and told them it was not a weed. They replaced my plant and gave me two more free of charge. The work they did was good and the crew was professional. I would use this company again they did a good job and they made good on any problems that occurred. The only thing I would do differently is make clear what I wanted done.

The service has been great. The appearance and health of the lawn has steadily improved since we started with Total Lawn. We've received many compliments because of their work. We have encountered minor issues as one would expect from someone who comes to your home each week. What's been great is how quickly they respond to a call or email and how their response is always the right one - problem solved.
