Overall, my experience with StayGreen was positive. But there were some details that I felt could have been handled better. Getting the project scheduled was a bit of a chore. I was told that a deposit was required in order to be scheduled for installation. That's reasonable. I called in with a credit card number, and it took nearly two weeks and multiple attempts at follow up from my end to get them to actually charge my card. After some technical difficulties, my install was delayed. I had to follow up again in order to get the rescheduled install date figured out. (I may be unreasonable here) The original install date was on a Saturday, I heard back on Monday that they would reschedule my install, and I had not heard anything back by mid day Wednesday. I followed up again and we were able to confirm a new install date right away (I believe it was actually the next day!). I understand when equipment breaks down. My main issue here is around communication breakdowns, which happened a couple of times during this project. The installation crew was very friendly and finished the install job with 19 heads and 4 zones in about 6 hours. The zone valves weren't in order, so I had to label them for future reference, but otherwise I don't have any real complaints about the workmanship. Since the install, I had one head that was leaking. I called in for a repair and that was fixed within 24 hours. That was a positive experience, and helps keep me comfortable that I made the right choice on this company. Bottom line: I would recommend this company to someone who is seeking an irrigation install, but would advise that they need to either be patient or closely monitor their status prior to installation. I have had multiple recommendations myself to go through StayGreen, and they did not tell me of any communications issues, so your mileage may vary.

Stay Green has been taking care of our irrigation system for years. I just had my system turned on and adjusted. Mark stayed till everything was perfect. They always do a great job. If you need an adjustment or a sprinkler head replaced they dispatch someone very quickly. They are a wonderful company with a great polite, hard working staff!

I had an excellent experience with them. I called them and within a 1/2 hour someone came out to give me an estimate. But what I loved is the estimate came with a folder with all the product information, with details of what the job was going to be like. I thought this was great since I've never had this type of service before. He answered all my questions. The other company who gave me a quote just sent me an email with numbers.. which was a lot higher than StayGreen. The day of the install, they came when they said they would. Were very efficient, and neat. And explained the system afterwards. I would recommend this comany.

A pleasure to work with. I really like the flexible functionality of their recommended control panel. Also the way that they chose to break my yard into zones really makes great water sense, since the first zone requires far more water than the other zones.

Wonderful to work with. The person who came out to view the project was thorough and easy to work with . questions were answered. Planning for installation was efficient. Nice clean up and instructions on operating the system.

StayGreen was very responsive, considering it was so close to Christmas when I requested the Lighting. They did a great job in a timely manner. We received compliments from all of our neighbors and friends. I would highly recommend StayGreen to anyone.

These guys did an Amazing job and fit us in so our house was lit for a Christmas Party. Less than 1 week from search to intall! We had guest at the party take their name and number for next year.

Very positive. We had a problem with our sprinkler control box. Our prior sprinkler guy swore it was a well relay switch problem, and referred his friend, the "well guy", who charged us $150 to tell us it wasn't the well relay switch. StayGreen diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the matter the same day. We switched to StayGreen that day.
