+ -1 moreSteve arrived promptly and was very thorough and efficient with his inspection of the property. I was not able to be there so he provided me with photos of all the issues he found, which he made reference to in his very detailed report. He made himself available to me afterward for a follow-up call and answered all my questions and gave me his assessment of the property. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work he performed and the price I was charged. I will definitely be using Sherman Inspection for my next purchase.
