He texted me to ask for some information I gave it to him and he then said he "couldn't get his Radon guy" seems like he middles the work rather than do it himself.

It was fantastic. The owner operator was very attentive. He was very willing to do whatever it takes to fix the problem. He was one of those guys says, let's do it the first time so we don't have to do it again.
