I regret not using Mosquito ranger!! Pest assassins I found out after 2 years of patronage that they Don’t stand by their service ******I asked for A justified and warranted Courtesy Routine Repeat for a awful INFESTATION of Mosquitoes after most recent visit***** but I was Rejected and brushed off Not very promising results, being a customer of 2 years, their technicians rapidly change from time to time, understood staffing challenges and or whatever the excuse may be, granted the aftermath of the results of flea and tick service is not something I nor my mom were satisfied with I conversed with a female 3 weeks ago, Secretary, who was very reluctant to re send someone as a courtesy to further trouble shoot, only was brushed off by her abruptly, i had expressed there were visible proof I had pictures from the service treatment performed, the same day and even 10 DAYS after the treatment Takes cycles takes to absorb Again they keep sending different technicians, some spend 5 minutes on property some do a thorough 10-15 minute quality work It needs improvement if the intend to retain customers with a hyperactive fierce competition out there, more outreach more accountability above all more Responsibility would very much be warranted I had big flies big mosquitos and I had to proof to send to the female, she simply could Not be bothered, with that said the proof of pictures immediately after their visit is posted to further illustrate the frustration In conclusion I will be using doctor Lawn as their services are around $63 per visit plus a prepay discount on top of that I just can’t waste money, I can’t babysit a company that basically chooses to either bypass integrity and or jeopardize the customer experience It’s very foolish to waste $85 if there are an equal amount of mosquitoes after or during a treatment cycle, it’s simply pointless

I have used this Company for the last three years. They are very good at what they do, always show up when they say they will. Jay McNamara is who I deal with he is very professional and knowledgeable. Whenever there is a problem he comes right out and takes care of it. I absolutely recommend them.

I have used this company for the past couple of years. They are very good at what they do. Always on time and very patient. I live near woods so I know my pest problem won’t ever be eliminated. They have brought it under control and made life much easier due to their services. Highly recommend!

These guys are terrific. Look no further and skip the big name companies. They are professional courteous and always greet you with a smile. They are knowledgeable beyond knowledgeable and on time always! Do not hesitate to have them come to your home or place of business.

It was fine. I told Mike Carell, one of the owners where the issues was. He said, ok, I will spray it. He told me to go inside, while he did it. He said ok, we will wait a while to make sure. It was fine. They took care of it. I can call them anytime I have an issue.

I guess the quality of the work. I like being on an regular scheduled. If I need anything like I had an hornet's nest, and they were out her in two days to take care of it. That was at no extra charge. I am on an plan. They also use stuff that is about as ecologically friendly. Its safe for animals walking across the yard. They come out on their own. If I am home, they ring the doorbell to tell me they are here. If I am not they will leave an note, and if I had any questions to call them.

Been seeing a few black ants about 3/8" long in house. Wife not happy and wanted me to call "someone". Pest Assassins got good reviews so I called them. Steve showed up on time and explained the process needed to take care of the ants. He spent about 40 minutes doing his thing. Price ($225.00) was reasonable and overall very pleased with my experience.

Good except he left without talking to give us an update.

It was great. He came and helped us out with our issue. He was straight forward and honest. If I needed this service I would use them again.

They came on time and advised that they would not be able to perform the type of service I was in need of. They were very professional and informative.

It went well. They are very thorough.

Truly Nolan was able to come to our place quickly to evaluate termite mud tubes we found on a basement wall. The employee was friendly and professional. Truly Nolan's vehicles look like yellow mice (including big ears). I mention this because kids love it, but not everyone wants to announce they may have a pest problem! The employee looked at the tubes, but did not touch them. He walked around the outside of the house to confirm that there were none on the outside. He said that we would have to bait outside (we live in a woodsy, wet area and there are termites all around) and also treat all of the inside sills. This would be very expensive. If he had explored the tubes, he would have noticed that only one was active and it went *down* into the French drains rather than up toward the would frame. At no point did any tube get as high as a sill. If we had gone with this provider, we would have paid a lot of money for treatment we did not need. Additionally, we would have introduced a lot of unnecessary poison into our home.

Steve our technician, assured us that we did not have any active insect problems. This was such a relief to us. There were some small problems with Bees and wasps beginning to build nests under the eaves. We were told exactly what chemicals were used and what to expect. He answered all our questions with extreme knowledge and clear explanations. It is so refreshing to have a service performed with such efficiency, honestly and capability AND and at a fair cost. Other professionals could learn much from this companies performance. I will recommend them to everyone.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He inspected both inside and outside of my house. After the inspection I felt that he was honest about the extent of the problem. The ants were not nesting in my walls as I had feared. But he did see activity outside.At this point because of the colder temperatures the ants seem to be gone or just sleeping.

Very professional and very knowledgeable. Came right out, quickly identified main problem and eliminated a very aggressive nest by the front door. Mike also took the time to identify some sand wasps in my backyard and explained how to eliminate that problem myself with no additional charge. I will definitely use their services again.

They were extremely professional and punctual, and their treatment for the ants was effective. I haven't seen another ant since the treatments. I have also had an occasional problem with mice at one of the properties, and the technician was nice enough to look for places where the mice are entering the house, and he told me to put spray foam in those places.

Great people to work with. Responded immediately to my request and (Steve) explained everything as the treatment was being done. I highly recommend this company,

They came out same day, got rid of the next and a smaller hornet next on the other side of the house. Very quick and professional!

They were prompt, very nice. They answered all of my questions. They did everything exactly how they said they would.

They performed a localized application of the most benign chemical possible. They were polite, prompt and clean. We set up a schedule for a couple of follow-up visits. They called for each and were again prompt and courteous. The ant infestation appears to be gone.

The owner came out, reviewed with me the problem I was having with the ants. He explained the process in detail, talked about the treatment and what to expect. He came when he said he would and did a great job.

They did a good job and I have not had any problems since.

A technician came the following week and put down bait and traps in the basement and laundry area. He also went around and plugged holes with an industrial expanding foam. I have not heard the scratching since then, so that's a win. Mike, Sean and I believe Andy (the tech) were all polite and professional.

They were great! We don’t see any more mice around the house so they seemed to take care of our issue. My roommate did complain they did not put the pest control treatment in her room. They showed up on time for the appointment and I felt the price was reasonable for what they did. I thought the technician was very personable, professional, and very nice to work with. He was very careful on where he put the treatment and I was very pleased with the service.

We had a very smart, clever, and elusive rat that was able to defy all means of elimination. Sean, the manager, never gave up and although the project became more than we all expected he always showed up and did whatever he had to do to get the job done. |Don't even bother to call someone else when you have a pest problem!
