The two installers arrived when promised and performed in a most professional way. They were respectful of our property, cleaning up any and all debris.

It was good. They have good hours and good availability of items.

They do really bad blind installation. The service depends on what department we are using them for. The blinds installation was not very good. It was not measured nicely. They didn't hang right because it wasn't measured right. The price was good.

My experience with them was not very good. I would not recommend going to Lowes for propane. They are unknowledgeable.

They did well on the quote but we haven't got the windows yet. They did the quote for free. It will take a couple of weeks to get the windows. They will be installing the windows.

Lowe's called to set install time. Contractor also called to verify time. Installer arrived on time, and the work was finished on schedule. Lowe's called after to confirm my satisfaction.

I have a bit of a problem with the functioning of the locks. However, the quality of the windows that I have seem to be pretty good. I am not too happy with the price.

They were professional and on time, and they did the job in one day. We asked them to save the old windows for the glass, which they did, and they did not cause a lot of damage around the house. They cleaned up after themselves well. Their price was fair but we may have done a lot better if we had shopped around a little more.

The sales specialist, Chris Cusati, designed the layout and guided me through the process of selecting kitchen cabinets in an in-store consultation. He was very knowledgeable, knew what questions to ask, and provided valuable suggestions. After the cabinets were ordered, an installation team was assigned to me. The contractor checked the cabinets upon arrival (about 3 weeks later) and scheduled the day for the installation. It only took the team one day to install my cabinets, and yet the quality of their work was extraordinary. I must admit that had my doubts that a large chain like Lowe's could provide such a smooth and yet quality experience but I was happily surprised. I couldn't have been more pleased and at a price much more acceptable that the local kitchen galleries could give me.

They are sensitive to your needs. They will fulfill any requests you have. They were kind and conscienceous. They cleaned up well and they really worked hard to respond to me. It was a great experience. The salesman was great as well.

Overall experience was very poor. I will not use them again for anything needing to be installed, repaired, or ordered. I may not even use them for buying my supplies.

THE COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET IN THE BEDROOMS. WE COMPARED THE PRICE TO OTHER STORES IN THE AREA AND THEIR PRICE WAS THE BEST. THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION WASN'T PERFECT, BUT IT WAS ABOVE AVERAGE.
