+ -1 moreThis group is listed on the Sony Support website as a Platinum Sony Excellent Service provider, which is supposed to provide "the highest standard of customer satisfaction". I will never know if they actually qualify as they flat-out refused to come and look at my equipment based on my address in CT. Sony Support site shows them as the second closest to me (about a 30 minute drive). I guess Sony's idea of customer service and mine are vastly different. Will not call them again.
Description of Work: None, they refused to even consider servicing my equipment because of the distance.
