Seemed to do a good job and the mass save auditor and inspector had good things to say about this company. They missed air sealing in a couple hard to access attic locations, but after I let them know they went back and corrected it. Mass save used a thermal imaging camera and saw that one area with multiple cross braces was missed. I wish the caulking on the exterior clapboards was PAINTABLE...

They are very responsive. Their estimate was a little high, that's all. They were punctual.

Great except I didn't realize that they used a non-paintable caulk and now I can't fix the chipped areas without a LOT of unnecessary work.

Fantastic...used Bruin Corporation as a result of a National Grid sponsored Energy Audit. We had our walls (we had no insulation), attic and knee wall areas (which both had some, but not enough) insulation. The installers were professional, very pleasant and cleaned up nicely (both inside and outside of our home). We were concerned with the removal and replacement of our historic siding, but this was not an issue...they were meticulous in the way in which they removed and replaced our clapboard siding. It was explained to us in advance so that there was an expectation set...and they did everything expertly. We truly could not have been happier with the service provided.

It went fine. The price was a special from Angie's List postings. They did what they were expected to do in a prompt and efficient manner.

The installation went great! They came by a few times earlier to make sure they had the right measurements for the order and installation needs. The window looks great and is very well insulated. The only reason I gave them a B is because it took a while just to get a sales person to come to my house ( and I live in the same town!). The salesman kept missing appointments and didn't call, I had to call to find out what happened then he had to reschedule multiple times. Once the order was in it was a A+ experience.

Perfect in all respects. The crew chief (Diego) and his men were on time, polite, and cleaned up after the work was done. There was some minor damage to a bulk head door which was examined by Anthony Olivieri. He approved the repair and it was taken care of quickly. Everyone was nice to deal with, and the work performed was adequate but messy. But worst thing was they climbed on our washing machine and broke a component (and now the machine doesn't work). At first, their senior construction analyst got back to me and was accommodating about getting it serviced but then he called me back and said he wasn't authorized to do so. He visited, took a look, and said it broke due to normal wear and tear. While I understand they don't want to cover any damage, in the end, I have a totally broken washing machine (with a 1 week old newborn) that was working fine before they came, and they aren't going to help fix it.

The experience was very stressful as it can be hiring someone to do something you know nothing about. However, Anthony was great and put us at ease, from working with on the design, then retooling the plans when the pool ended up being put in a different spot than was planned. Bruin dealt with the town for our permit and our town is known to be tough. Anthony ensured us that Bruin would meet our deadline as we had a big party planned that would have been canceled had the deck not completed. The cost was extremely reasonable. The deck came out great and we look forward to having a full summer with it this year (2016) I would definitely hire Bruin again and recommend them to anyone looking.

Bruin Corp proved to be everything they said they were and actually more. After explaining the process of replacing our windows and roof, they showed samples of the products. They then gave us a schedule when project would start and finish. This company runs like a well oiled machine, everything on schedule and as promised. Having hired other companies in the past with far less than favorable results, we can whole heartedly say without a doubt that we've found our contractor for any and all of our future work.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have quality work done by professional skilled craftsmen.

It went extremely well. They did everything they said they were going to do and when they said it would get done. We were very impressed with the professionalism. We had other choices and some less expensive, but we are so happy we went with them. You really do get what you pay for and we got the best. Anthony Olivieri and his team are most certainly welcomed back at our house any time. In the end we felt our house went from one of the WORST to FIRST on our street. The process went very well from Anthony making his presentation and giving me the quote, there was no pressure. After getting a couple more quotes I called Anthony to scheduled the job. The job from start to finish took two and a half days which I was amazed they finished that quickly with all the work they had to do. The roofers were very very good, they never stopped working, some of my neighbors let me know that these guys never stopped and were very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again for any remodels.

I was surprised that the salesman was on site helping with the cleanup of my shingles in my driveway as I pulled in from work on my motorcycle. The workmanship was great and the two workers even sifted through my compost behind my garage to get all the nails .

I was referred to Bruin from a lifelong friend of mine that constantly has a new project going on so I knew I could count on her advice! I reached out to Bruin back in January and the receptionist Nikki had asked my availability and scheduled myself and my wife a no obligations consultation with a very knowledgeable and polite Anthony! We spent about 4 hours over the course of a week narrowing down the right products and time line for our renovation. Bruin sent Tom and his crew over to do the blown in insulation first. We cannot speak highly enough about what what a gentleman he was. We had a lot of concerns but he had walked us through the process. A++++ The window crew was actually the same crew that did our siding so it went very streamline! John and his crew had installed all of my windows and siding in 3 weeks time. The quality of the craftsmanship is absolutely A+++ Thanks to everyone at Bruin I have the most beautiful house in the neighborhood! Go Bruin!!!

This company is top notch!! I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge shown by everyone I encountered in this company. The receptionist Jessica could not have been nicer or more accommodating when setting an appointment that worked with my schedule. The salesman Anthony was extremly knowledgeable and educated myself and my husband on window technology. Anthony helped us choose a window that was not only in our price range but energy efficient. We immedialtly noticed a huge diffrence in our heating bill this winter and expect the same in our cooling bill this summer. The installers were clean,on time, proffesional and took great care of our home during the installation of our windows. The windows look beautiful and we could not be happier. I have worked with many contractors and very few would I welcome back into my home. I will use this company again.

It went very well. Sales people were very nice. The workers were also nice, they cleaned up after themselves, wouldn't even know they were there after my roof was done. Very impressed with this company.

They arrived on time. They air sealed and installed insulation. They did a nice job cleaning up. I'll have a better idea how well the insulation is once heating season starts.

I contacted Bruin to get a quote on windows and roofing. For this review I am going to focus on the roof. The windows are coming later. The sales rep Lenny that came out was friendly polite and my dogs liked him. That is always a plus in my book. Lenny provided me with a rough cost on the roof. I contacted him about a week later and he sent his roofer to the house to measure. Lenny came back to the house with a more exact number. There price wasn't the least expensive nor was it the most that I had been quoted. However the quality of the shingle, the warranty and my overall comfort level with Lenny made me choose this company. Lenny estimated they would be able to start the roof in 3-4 weeks. They called and scheduled the dumpster delivery for 2.5 weeks later. The crew arrived early 6:45 am and worked at a very fast pace all day. They used tarps down the side of the house to keep the debris from hitting the house. We have a gambrel roof, 3 porches and addition that they did. They did a beautiful job. They finished at 2:30 pm and did an outstanding job with the clean up. They cleaned the gutters, raked the entire area surrounding the house. The only thing that remained was the dumpster that was being pick up the next day. I would highly recommend this company for roofing.

Underwhelming; the company rep was courteous and friendly but did have the professionalism we experienced with their competition. He also did not follow thru on providing additional info after his visit. We left or time not confident in their company's abolity to provide a quality installation. Disappointing experience.

Blown insulation Victorian house built in 1903. Work was completed on time as scheduled. A company representative contacted me initially to schedule the appointment. About a week before the appointed date, I called to request a change in days and it was not a problem. The representative contacted me the day before to remind me of the time that the crew would arrive. The work crew was polite and professional. I had a lot of questions because my house is a 111 year old Victorian and I was nervous to have the clapboards disturbed to drill the holes for the cellulose insulation. I need not have worried. The clapboards were carefully removed and replaced. There are some little spots where the nails pulled through and the paint chipped, but I had anticipated much worse, considering the age and condition. I contacted my painter prior to the appointment and he will come and touch up the spots. Not a spot of trash was left on my porch or around the house. I think they actually cleaned up a bit! I did not see any insulation or sawdust inside or outside of the house. There was a small amount of the insulation that penetrated near the pocket doors in my living room and one of the guys came in and vacuumed before I had even noticed. I already feel warmer. My pellet stove has been used over the weekend and I did not go through nearly as many pellets as I would have prior. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed. I intend to insulate the 2nd, and 3rd floors as well as the attic floor and I will definitely use Bruin Corporation to complete the work. I highly recommend Bruin Corporation.

This job was done following a Massave audit (which I recommend!), and the majority of the cost was covered by the Massave program. Thus, the price above does not reflect the full cost of the work. The service was smooth and efficient. It was a two-day job, and they finished in exactly the amount of time that was estimated before the job started. The crew was polite, and the work was thorough. They were at the house alone for most of both days, locked up after they were done, and we never had a doubt about their integrity. Couldn't ask for more!

Bruin Corp was great in every way. All of the men working in our house were extremely respectful, nice, and always cleaned up before they left each day. They worked very quickly to get our insualtion done and kept us informed of what they were doing. I would absoluelty recommend them!!! Thanks again!
