BRIGGS NURSERY

They are the nursery in the area. They have common things as well as uncommon. I'm actually going to be emailing them to ask them if they will make sure that they have purple caper next year. They have them in purple but not exactly the plant that I have bought from them before. The staff is knowledgeable. They seem to do really well. My husband bought dahlias from them two years ago and his dahlias are still going strong.

when you walk in the scent of flowers and natural items around are lovely. the staff is nice and kind and I always get help if needed. when my kids were small, I used to take them to the playground they provide and we especially love the pig. really great place, nice family. will shop again and again.

They did a great job, it is beautiful. I did have to contact them a lot to get it scheduled and get quotes. The actual work when it was completed was incredible.

I love the quality of plants at Briggs nursery and over the years I have made numerous purchases from them. I decided to call their design person to have an estimate done to re-do my entire landscaping. I was a bit frustrated that each time I tried to call to speak with their design person (Paul Briggs) I was put on hold for excessively long periods of time and forgotten about, forcing me to hang up and call again. This happened several times. Finally I was able to speak to Paul and he did promptly come to my home on the same day to take measurements and discuss landscaping issues needed. He told me that he would have a design and estimate drawn up within three days. Three days later I called to ask if he had any prices for me yet and was told he was still working on it. Several days later, after not hearing from him, I stopped by Briggs (they are located close to my home) and asked if he had any information for me. He told me he hadn't even started working on it yet but that by the end of the day he would call me with prices. Two weeks have now gone by and I still have not heard anything from them. Maybe Briggs has just gotten too big now to be bothered with good customer service. I will be more than happy to take my business elsewhere!
