I called with a point well/pump problem and they professionally fixed the problem the same day. Originally they said it would take a couple days based on their scheduling (which was more than fair), but they were able to send someone very fast. They used sound diagnostic methods that identified the problem and didn't replace parts which were working to specification. The fee charged was fair as well.

I had John and his crew put a point well in this past spring. At first there were a few hiccups, but John and his guys were there for me anytime I called. They came out that same day and fixed the issue.John was very personable and always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I can only give the most positive review of the WWC. Last spring I was unable to get my well started so that my residential irrigation system could start running. For some reason the company I had been using claimed that my well had been vandalized over the winter and required very costly repairs. They were slow to address the problem and my lawn and gardens were turning brown. I was suspicious and got a second opinion from WWC. I was assured no vandalism had taken place and a simple repair solved the problem. John came to my home to assess the situation on a Saturday on his way to a family party. My lawn and gardens were saved from drying out and getting ruined before the season even started.
