+ -1 moreI am recommending Giard Plumbing to all of my neighbors that have very similar old homes and need someone trustworthy to help them do preventative maintenance as well as emergency service.
Description of Work: I was very impressed with how accurately Jeremy was able to predict over the phone what the issue was, and that he conveyed that I needed to use caution until he got there and made it a point to come right away when other plumbers were telling me they were out for weeks. Jeremy came a few hours later and viewed the damaged pipe from the basement but guided me as to how to find it in the wall where a contractor could expose it, eliminating the guesswork and cost, inconvenience and major repairs to the walls. There was an easy "bandaid" fix that another plumber might have entertained but Jeremy let me know the minimum amount of work that could be done according to code to fix the problem and guarantee the work. I live in a beautiful old home and need to rely on honest repairmen to know whether I can maintain it on a modest budget.
