I have never had a house painted before, so I did not have anything very specific in mind other than to paint the exterior with the existing (or similar) colors. While assessing the job, Mateus (the owner) pointed out a lot of additional details to think about, such as carpentry work for rotted boards, trim color (he pointed out how the trim was not painted in a consistent color scheme), and he suggested that the foundation and bulkhead door should also be painted. He also helped us with selecting colors that blend well together. A last minute addition was to replace and paint the stairs (treads and risers) to our enclosed deck, as those were also rotting, During the job, Mateus was there with his crew every day (non-rainy) as early as possible, and stayed until dark, until the job was completed. At all times the team seemed to work quite efficiently, and were very polite and pleasant. All along the way, Mateus helped us understand the steps of the required work, answered all the questions we had, and provided great guidance when we needed to make a decision, such color selection and material choices for replacing trim boards. My wife and I are delighted with the results (it looks like a new house). Pricing was very fair. I would hire this company again, and would have no trouble recommending them.

Suetam painting was hired to replace a rotted window sill, trim snd molding on an older 2 fsmily in north andover with PVC. The sill had to be made with pvc, then cut, trimmed, sanded to match to existing sills. Matues countersunk all the nails, filled all the nail holes, caulked all around the trim at the clad boards, 2 coats of paint on the pvc, then sanded, primed and painted all around the clad boards. He did a quality job on the paint work and exterior carpentry. I hired him based on his 5 star reviews. I have no regrets and I highly recommend you use him. Your complete satisfaction is his goal and he's a nice guy to boot.

Mateus & Co were amazing. We did interior work with lots of different colors and finishes. Mateus offered great advice about our job, and was available every time when I reached out (way too much) before decided on the colors etc. He stays in touch about the job real-time...He and the other painters arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. The quality is amazing--the lines are precise throughout (and there are a lot of them). I cannot recommend them highly enough, I spoke with a realtor early on, looking for recommendations and he commented that Mateus's prices were good (I had no idea), and I see now that is the case given the extent and precision of the job. I would use him and his team again in a heartbeat. (Also, at the time, the bridge coming into the building I live in was under repair so Mateus had to walk a distance with all the materials even to get to our unit--no problem...just such a personal great person.)
