Shawn repaired a broken drain pipe for my washing machine. He’s such a nice guy, he helped me out right away. He is so skilled, brilliant, professional, trustworthy, dependable, and neat. His rates are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him and I will be calling him again for future plumbing projects.

We had two separate unrelated issues with our boiler in the last month. On both occasions Shawn was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed both problems very efficiently. He is a very skilled plumber and we appreciate his responsiveness and the quality of his work. One of the problems occurred on one of the coldest days of the year. He came very quickly to restore our heat.

His work was top notch, the device which was installed ended up having some mfg. defective part but was quickly identified by Shawn and replaced. Biggest plus is service and responsiveness, he responded quickly and even at late hours and on holidays (he showed up on New Years day!). Shawn takes extreme pride in his work and service and stands behind his work 100%.

Shawn installed the unit in one day and on the day he had promised. It was a very neat installation and the Town plumbing inspector was impressed. I was concerned about the appearance of the exterior venting, but it looks great. Everything considered, we are happy with the tankless unit as Shawn installed it.

Shawn identified the problem right away and made the necessary repair. He also identified another problem with our water feed and explained options to replace our present water heater. We will be calling him after Thanksgiving to arrange these services.

Shawn is a nice guy with lots of integrity. He had a beef with how Angie's list listed him as being able to install a garbage disposal for a certain amount of money. I understood the beef, in that these jobs are so variable that you can never know that it will cost X amount of dollars. Anyway, he came and did the job well.

I understand why Shawn has so many good reviews. As others have already noted, I found him to be honest, professional, and very quick to respond. I would absolutely hire him again.

Shawn responded quickly to phone message and came to the house soon. He diagnosed the problem, but did not charge us! We had thought our garbage disposal was broken but the drain was clogged and we needed a drain cleaner. Very nice and honest- I've never had a plumber not charge for any visit. He was here at least 20 minutes and had brought equipment into house, etc. I'd definitely use him again.

Shawn was at my house within 20 minutes of my phone call diagnosing the problem and offering suggestions. He performed the work quickly and effectively - his pricing was also extremely fair for the quality job he performed. I woke up without heat. Left a message with Shawn, who got back to me right away. He was able to make it out that morning to fix the boiler (even called when he was on his way, which is appreciated). After fixing the boiler, he went above and beyond to help me adjust the burners on our gas range. All in all, he's a nice guy that knows his stuff. He's also very punctual, considerate of keeping the house neat, and charges a fair price. We're very fortunate to have him in the area.

Shawn's was very good at communicating when he would do the work. He showed up on time the day he stated. Got to work immediately, replaced the faucets, set the sinks, and installed the new hot water heater. tested and removed the old parts. Everything worked as expected and the job was done the day scheduled and on time.

Shawn is very straightforward and honest. He gave us good advice about the updates we were looking to make and helped us select products that met our needs and qualified to get the energy efficiency rebate. He was punctual, professional, and finished on time and budget. As it got colder in the fall and we needed to use the heat, he came back and helped us tinker with the controls to get the settings the way we wanted them. It is refreshing to have someone so responsive and who stands by their work.

It went great. I contacted Shawn, who was honest about his availability to perform the work. I texted him a picture of where the leak was, and he knew exactly what he needed. The tub clean-out was in a very tough to reach spot in the ceiling. With my permission, he carefully removed part of the wooden soffit without damaging anything. It's important to note that other plumbers told me the whole soffit would have to come down and be rebuilt. He explained the whole process to after he was finished. The price was very fair. He was able to come out a week sooner than he originally thought and at a convenient time for me. I highly recommend Shawn's Plumbing.

Very fast service. Pleasant gentleman who explained what he was going to do and the product specs in detail before he began. Work was done inside and outside the house within an hour. I would definitely use him again.

Shawn is very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. He made great suggestions during his estimate, advising us against an expensive installation of water pressure-activated sump pump ? apparently, water pressure powered pumps are prone to failure ? and offering us a reasonable price for the work he did perform, which was executed in a timely and professional manner. I'd recommend Shawn's services without hesitation.
