Kudos to Eric who is polite, competent and honest. Communication was very easy and on point. Eric was always on time. The job took a little longer than originally planned because it required coordination with a dry wall/painter to be completed. So, there were times when it was necessary to wait for paint to dry, etc. However, the actual mold remediation was performed by Eric efficiently and with excellent results. Eric always kept safety (his & mine) in mind and put up barriers to contain the mold while he was working. I couldn't be happier with the overall project. Price was reasonable and lower than several others. Highly recommend Saunders Modern Mold Care and Eric, who is owner and sole proprietor.
Description of Work: Sprayed and sealed anti-mold products in two areas in my home where mold had collected - under kitchen sink and in bathroom between wall and ceiling. Finish work under sink which included obtaining proper water-resistant board, cutting, fitting and painting this board. In bathroom, sprayed mold killer and painted exposed areas. (Other person constructed drywall on ceiling and wall over shower and painted them for separate payment.) Finally applied mold-resistant spray to entire home for future protection from mold.
