Installation was good, but they left my backyard a mess of brick bits and red dust after drilling through the outside wall. Piping on the outside looks sloppy, and it has been almost impossible to follow up with them to address my concerns.

Courteous, prompt, helpful sales call at our home. Worked out specs and cost first visit. Scheduled install convenient to our work schedule. Tech was courteous and helpful. Salesperson keep in touch with us and install tech. Did what they said they'd do. Cleaned up after. WOrks great!

The process was slow initially as I had to interview several HVAC before finding 3 who were willing to do the work. One was priced much too high and I didn't like the initial proposal of the placement of lines. Another contractor didn't fill me with confidence and they are part of a company that split off with different franchises (I believe). NETR's contact person, Russell, who evaluated the project was open to the idea as well as followed up with technical advice as this was a nonconforming application. After several reviews by NETR personnel and outside engineers to make sure there was enough airflow for the compressor, where and how to run the lines inside the loft; I had my carpenter build an aluminum box which took time as it was custom-ordered of sheets to be build on premises. After it was setup, NETR took over, evaluated the box, re-reviewed the plans, and subsequently sent 2 very competent techies. The job took 3 1/2 days which was fine with me. The last day a 3rd technician replaced one who had to go over to another job. They were polite and answered any questions I had. They left the place in clean condition. The system lines looks very nicely put together, works beautifully, cools the condo very nicely (remember 23 5' high windows w/plenty of solar gain). They subcontracted an experienced electrician who's expert workmanship convinced me that I will use him for future work. Terrific company who's customer service is conscientious and with good follow-through. Their abilities and experience revealed themselves in this application and I'm very grateful that they wanted to try out this nonconforming application as the only options left to me were window ACs which I find unsatisfactory, and in the bedroom impossible to sleep with while on.

Service was great my install was done much earlier they original scheduled and that was great. Adam the installer and Jay the electrician they use where great did good work where quick and very respectful of my home. Would definitely use them again.

The installation went quickly and thus far I've had no problem with the operation of the unit.

Mike Cappuccio came and reviewed our two bedroom garden level condo in Boston's South End to see if a heat pump would solve the heating problems. Electric baseboard heat was expensive and not doing the job. We also could eliminate noisy and inefficient window ACs. We had received a quote from another contractor and were not happy. Mike was able to overcome the issues we had with the approach of the first contractor and his quote was considerably lower. Our experience with Adam and Dave was superb from day one. They were obviously expert installers and the work was of the highest quality. Every day they cleaned up at the end of the day and you would hardly know they had been there. I work at home and they installed the unit in the room with my office first and I was able to work without interruption after that. They treated our things with care and covered everything when there was any dust around. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The system works even better than we expected. The work was finished on the first 90 degree day of the year and we were ready. The system was advertised as very quiet but that is understatement, there is no sound at all. We can't test the heat yet but based on how things have gone so far we are not concerned. The experience was the best I have ever had with a contractor.

I wanted to replace an out dated oil furnace with an efficient low carbon hvac system that heated my home in the winter and cooled it in the summer. I checked out Angies List for hvac providers in my area, made some comparisons, and contacted vendors. I chose N.E.T.R. based on the reviews on Angies List and the product presentation by the sales rep. for N.E.T.R. The product performance,installation time frame, and cost matched exactly the proposal submitted to me by N.E.T.R. The technical support staff - Adam and Jose' - installed the Mitsubishi heat pump system with a professional skill level that I found to be reassuring. Russell Dodd, the sales rep., provided detailed support to my various questions. His attention to my product order-installation was more than I expected. I feel confident that the product and services provided by N.E.T.R. will perform to my expectations.

I contacted several companies to get quotes on installing a mini-split AC/Heating unit in our bedroom. Russell Dodd from NETR came promptly and explained the entire system and installation in detail. Came back to review the installation before the install date. The NETR arranged the date and everyone involved in the installation showed up on time and performed in a professional, expert fashion. When everything was done, they explained how to work the unit and how to get an energy rebate. My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead. It is possible to heat/cool more than one spaces with one exterior heat pump unit and I didn't think about using it to heat my garage until too late.

The technician was right on time, gave us a great estimate and explained the work. They complete the project quickly and efficiently.

Were prompt, came in and very efficiently got the installation done in the expected time frame. Made sure we understood and knew how to operate the units by going though the options on the remote. Have checked back with us to see if we have any questions. Also said to let them know if we have any questions once we start using the system. We have and it is working great. Have been able to turn down the thermostat on the central heating system and use the room units upstairs at night and downstairs in the morning. Well worth the investment! And felt very confident working with N.E.T.R.

Installation and operation of the heat pump went smoothly. It took less than a day. NETR did a gor potentialod job of looking for potential problems before the job was begun, e.g., space on the electrical panel.

The NETR folks were on time and friendly. They had a hard job to run the lines and set the compressor on our 3rd floor unit (basically the attic). It took them 2 days to run all the lines and also work with an electrician that they contracted (also part of the price) to get power to the compressor and the air handler units. They set up 2 air handlers, one in the living room the other in the bedroom. Both work well, although the heat pump cannot keep up on nights where the outside temp goes below 20. We make up for it with a portable radiator. The cooling however works extremely well.

They were very good. After they installed the air conditioning system, we had a problem with it on a Friday. They really worked hard to come and fix it within 24 hours even though it was a weekend. It was really good. The problem got fixed.

Very good experience. Great attention to detail, making outside drainage piping as unobtrusive as possible.

They were very good and I rate them highly. They came in 2 to 3 times to check if they could install the system or not. I liked them a lot and will continue to use their services in future.

From receiving the quote to the installation and servicing NETR has been extremely professional and great to work with on this renovation project. The installation went very smoothly and every person on their team had a lot of experience. Further, the team was able to solve a number of tricky problems with our installation (such as running the electrical behind the walls, drilling a hole through the roof for the pipe, concealing the pump in the back of the closet). The installation happened on time and on schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services at home.

They are very responsive and the salesman that came out recommended that I get a heat pump as well as an air conditioning system because they come as a single unit. He came up with an estimate before he left and he did a nice job about presenting it.

Overall, a great experience. We live in an old building, and we knew there would be technical challenges involved in getting the system installed, given the and quot;ancientand quot; construction of our house. It was also important to us that the job be done aesthetically, and not in a way that would change the look of the building. NETR did a great job on both fronts. Their senior design people spent a lot of time looking at the layout and poking around the house trying to find ways to tuck the units and piping where it would be inconspicuous. Install was very fast, and the guys on site were a pleasure to have at our house. NETR was certainly not the cheapest bid (and they're up front in their materials about how the quality of service they provide etc means they rarely will be). But we felt that given the nature of the job we wanted them to do it, as they were the only ones we felt confident could handle the complexity of the install.
