When they were doing the work on the air conditioning, they turned over a brick and there were termites underneath it. They called me at work and told me that they saw some termites in my yard. So, they wanted to let me know about it, which was really nice. They could have just kept working, but they pointed out all the problems they saw. They just didn’t come and do the job. That was really positive about them. They were very neat when they were here. They drilled a small hole from the inside to the outside for one of the piping outside and they covered it. They didn’t leave it exposed and they covered it tightly. They also had a vacuum system when they came out. There was not even a speck of dust in the air. They had the machine that they used when they drilled the hole and that collected all the dust that was coming out of the drill. So, the house was spotless when they left. I was really impressed that they had a system, which was really clean. I was prepared for a little bit of mess, but there was nothing. The quality of their work was very good. They were meticulous. What I liked about them when they came out was the quality of their workmanship with the system in. You wouldn’t even notice that it was there. The price was initially a little higher than what I wanted and it was like $14000. So, he told me about another brand from Japan which has been around longer. He also told me that it comes with features which when added to the other system would cost me $1500. It was good that he pointed out to an alternative system that actually saved me $2000 and came with more features. It also has a better reputation. Not only was the price good, but they were also able to give me what I needed. They gave me a different company, but I got more quality for my buck. The price was in the ballpark of what I wanted. They were also able to give me a better product for the same price. So, it was perfect. I would recommend them to anybody since they are good.

It went well. The installation took 2 1/2 days. The technicians arrived on time and explained what they would be doing that day. They were neat and effecient and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They finished as scheduled and showed me how to use the system before leaving. The system seemed to work initially but I realized that the air wasn't getting cool. I called and they sent a tech out the following day, who promptly found out what the problem was and corrected it. Overall the experience was very positive from the visit of the sales rep to the final tech visit.We originally purchased the system for zoned air conditioning for our older home. The fact that the system provides supplemental heat on these chilly fall days is a bonus.

The house is in Ptown and the areas to place the blowers were limited. Mike and crew were responsive to our needs and wants. It was cool in May so we didn't use the a/c until June. We discovered a major leak. I thought it was the a/c. Mike sent a tech immediately. It was the toilet valve, not the a/c. He didn't send me a bill for the extra trip until I harrassed him to do so. And then it was hugely discounted. I wasted his tech's time for over 4.5 hours in hot weather. I highly recommensd this company. They are easy to work with, clean up after themselves and courteous.

NETR and its subs did an exceptional job in the time allotted. They managed to snake electrical halfway around the third floor with no holes in the walls. They only cut one small hole through the roof for the lines, and hit the perfect spot the first time. The roofing work done with the compressor mount and flashing was exceptional and praised by another roofer doing other work. The unit works beautifully and has made the third floor a great place to hang out.

I was very satisfied with NETR. The salesman was knowledgeable and was careful to check for possible obstacles to the use of a heat pump for my application. The installer was very enthusiastic and kept me informed about each step in the installation process. I would recommend NETR for work of this kind.

Good experience all the way along. Russell, our sales guy, was very helpful with information and recommendations, and he scored a lot of points by really listening to our concerns about the visual appearance of the unit that he suggested for our living room. He did some homework and found another line from a different manufacturer that was a MUCH better fit for the space but still very efficient. Jose, the lead installer, did a great job - very patient, collaborative, and skilled, and the results were good. Nice attention to detail, good rundown on operations, and everything was straight, clean, and positioned properly. A little bit of a timing glitch on one visit as the whole staff was called into a meeting that morning (hence the B on punctuality), but other times they were there right on schedule. NETR isn't the cheapest out there, but they're not trying to be; they really seem to know their product well. Definitely worth a call if you're shopping for a split system.

It all went very well. A few weeks later I was puzzled about how to use the system, called NETR and someone came out at the scheduled time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the system to us - I had tried something in the booklet that came with the system, but it didn't seem to work the way I expected. The air-conditioners are very quiet and work well. I have no complaints.

The company gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and then came to the house to do the estimate. Unfortunately they charge a specific amount for installing a particular unit independent of how complex or simple the physical installation is. In my case it was a very simple installation with the breaker box located just below the room with the Mr. Slim unit (as opposed to having to run down into the basement or across the house).

I have a contemporary-style townhouse with no ductwork, so a mini-split system with ducts on the outside of the house was the only option. Every other contractor wanted to place the ducts in the middle of the street-facing side of the house. Mike Capuccio, the NETR owner, devised a creative way to run ducting through closets and obscure corners so the ducts are unobtrusive. This willingness and ability to provide a superior service is what set NETR apart from the other contractors I interviewed. The installation process was flawless. The installers were polite, professional and meticulous. I can't image it going any better. Oh, and they were $2000 less than the next lowest bidder. These guys know what they are doing, and they were a pleasure to work with.

This contractor was the most prompt and professional that I've had contact with in my home remodeling. The workers were courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable and the job was completed on time with little interference to our daily routine. As far as price, I can't comment because this air conditioning system is unique for homes that can't have central air, but it seemed fair to me. I intend to hire them for another unit in the future. Extremely pleased!

MARLON, THE PROJECT MANAGER, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. HE HAD EXTREME PATIENCE IN ANSWERING ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINING HOW THE JOB WOULD BE DONE. THE INSTALLERS, JOSE AND HIS CO-WORKERS, WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
