Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our business back in May. We were just informed by Angies List yesterday afternoon about the review. We notice that you gave us an "F" in the review so we had a team meeting to find out what went wrong. Because there were few details to go off of on Angies List we reviewed our CRM and emails. We notice that on 5/15/18 we got an email from you stating the following: Need spring cleanup after a difficult winter with a lot of tree damage. Have branches leaves etc....would also like to set up weekly/biweekly mowing service We also noticed that we responded back to your email the same day with the following: Thank you for contacting us, [Member Name Removed]. Unfortunately, we are not accepting new lawn clients at this time. In addition, we are currently scheduling residential work in the last week of June. Please let me know if you are still interested. After we responded to your email we never heard back from you. I just wanted to reach out to see why you gave us an "F" in our review. We are always looking to improve our service, however, there isn't much we can do when we are booked out. Thank you for taking the time to review our response.
