Danny did a fantastic job! He arrived early, got right to work and explained what he was doing as he went along. He cleaned up under the sink when he was finished and was extremely professional and pleasant to chat with!

Danny came when he said he would, fixed everything beautifully and quickly and explained everything he did so we would umderstand. I wish all workers who come to work on the house were as competent, professional, pleasant and punctual as Dan! We will call him from now on for our plumbing needs.

Excellent. We had a clogged kitchen drain at 2:00 in the afternoon while my wife was in the midst of preparing dinner for a family event. I tried a couple of basic things to no avail. Elite came at 3;15 from 15 miles away and unplugged the drain. The technician was very personable and capable. The charge was $135.00 which I thought was very reasonable under the circumstances. I would use them again and am putting them on my list off tradesman.

Owner showed up as scheduled, did the work quickly and cleanly, and told me something useful about the plumbing in my house.

After waiting several hours for ANOTHER (national chain) drain cleaning service, I called Elite Drains and they were at my house in about 20 minutes on a late-afternoon Sunday. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and they found and cleared the clog in our drain pipes very quickly. Highly recommend their service.

Mr. Desantis of Elite Drains did an outstanding job. The previous owner of the house had apparently not had the drains cleaned for a very long time. It took two days to clean out the one line in the kitchen and it required an addition of an extended cleanout under the sink. The original drain was not pitched properly. The job was professionally done and the cleanup was meticulous. Mr. Desantis responded to my call immediately and arrived punctually. The total cost of $350 was a very pleasant surprise. We recommend him highly.
