Outstanding company to do business with, the job site was always kept neat and clean I always had professional interactions with everyone on the crew They knew how to have fun and get the job done right They went above and beyond in every capacity They were on-site on-time and as expected everyday Communication was superb Really tried to save us money by suggesting different materials & methods for what we were trying to accomplish The owner was on site everyday working with the crew and us to make sure the project came out exactly the way we envisioned

They're half way decent. They've been coming out since last spring. They've been doing my weekly landscaping. They do like a spring clean up of our flower beds and do a cut. And then do the fall clean up. The price I get is not the price that they would necessarily offer to everyone because he used to do the work at the house. So, he said he'll honor that old price. What stands out most is quality work. I don't really see them. He was like, "Look, I'm coming out when you're not here so I'm not annoying you with the lawn mowers and all the stuff. So, whatever day you don't think you're going to be around." So that's how he did it. They're good at showing up when they say they're going to show up. But, if you try to call them, they're a little slow.

Dan, the owner, was very responsive before the project started and during the project. The only good thing about the project was the hardscaping. The pavers look nice, but even so I would caution anyone who is interested in working with this company. Dan is very friendly and seems responsive in the beginning, but there a lot of details that he needed to be reminded of...It was my impression that he had done no pre-planning about the job. he just showed up one morning and if I was not around to pay attention to the details the project would have been much worse off. He also took the money and run, leaving us with a big unresolved issue of the back lawn being full of weeds instead of new grass it the areas his crew was working on. He has not picked up his phone since we paid him in full and he has not returned any of our phone calls. When we were negotiating he brought with him his landscaper, Nellie, who is a character, and should have sent red flags right away...Nellie did offer some very good suggestions which we incorporated into the project. However, he did not paid attention to anything we wanted. We spent time and energy meeting with him in a nursery and creating a comprehensive list of plants that we wanted around the area, which he mostly ignored. He also put a lot of pressure on us the day they were planting to make fast decisions (with plants we had not planned for) because they "were making so little money out of this project"...In my view whether you make a lot or little money from a project, you need to be professional and offer good service once you accept the job.
