Description of Work: Callahan provided a proposal for a natural gas conversion of my heating boiler and water heater. | |The Callahan rep was very responsive and their proposal was very good. We decided on going with a different system than they proposed. We would have used them if we went with their equipment. They were very responsive and accommodating. Callahan was one of the only companies that would have done the installation over the holidays. | |Their phone system is a little clunky and the phone reps are a little difficult.
