Mr. Bruce, as far as I could figure out, was a fraud. He represented himself as Boston Closet Company based out of Somerville, MA and when I questioned him about the Somerville location he said he worked out of Anodver. I believe there is a Boston Closet out of Somerville but had nothing at all to do with Mr Bruce's company. In fact, I believe the one in Somerville might be The Boston Closet Company and he was just Boston Closet Company. I stand corrected if I am wrong, but I know there was a one letter or word difference in the company names. He arrived late for the appointment and quickly measured the closets and said he would get back to me. After about two weeks I emailed him a couple of times and no response. Finally, out of the blue I did receive an email and he said his computers were down and he was having issues getting the drawings completed. He then told me he would hand sketch the details along with a price and forward them to me. He did do this, but another two weeks later. This review is now a year later but since that time ,I have often thought about what was actually going on, just strange that he even came and measured.
