He came by to give us a free quote on his way home from another job 45 minutes after we called him. He explained the work the needed to be done in a way that we understood and answered all of our questions. He returned our calls promptly. Shaun and other plumber came to do the work that needed to be done and stuck to the time and price given in the quote. An hour after he left, he called to make sure everything was working well and to see if we were happy with the work. We will never look for another plumber. Shaun really cares about the work he does and is passionate about providing high-quality service.

Shawn was great. He responded right away to my phone call and despite the 4th of July weekend and a planned morning off, squeezed us into his schedule. He showed up on time, took time to assess the property and plumbing needs, and discussed all of the options before performing the work. My initial reason for calling Shawn was to replace the garbage disposal. Between the time I called him and the appointment I discovered an outside faucet was leaking so I asked him to fix that as well. While he was here he noticed the hoses to my washing machine were rubber and worn and recommended that I replace those as well with a stronger version. He also noticed that my water heater was sitting directly on the cement floor and explained how that was costing me big time in electricity. He's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and fast! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and, in fact, I plan on setting up a second appointment for him to take care of the water heater.

Our upstairs bathroom shower drain sprung a leak and rained down into our kitchen. We called Shawn on a Monday at 8 a.m. He said he had to postpone a routine call but would be at our house in 45 minutes. He was and he quickly found and repaired the leak. He also fixed the plug pipes which had been the real cause of the problem. We will certainly use Shawn's plumbing in the future.

I can not say enough positive things about Shawn. Let's just start with prompt, professional and courteous. He has also proven to be dead on with estimates and very communicative about the procedures needed to be done for a job. The first time I spoke to Shawn was when he was on vacation. On vacation! He is so interested in keeping his customers happy this is the sort of respect he affords those he works for. Over all the best plumbing/plumber experience I have ever had in the 20 years of home ownership I have had. If you hire anyone else, good luck. .. .. .. You should have hired Shawn.

We needed to update our old inline water filter system with a new one. Shawn did the job quickly and at a reasonable price. He's very observant and seems knowledgeable about many aspects of heating and cooling and is willing to share his expertise. As a homeowner, this is beneficial and appreciated since it will allow me to keep an eye out for possible problems in the future. Unfortunately I wish I could say things went as well as reported in previous reviews. I contacted Shawn on a Friday to set up an appointment for an estimate and although he didn't answer right away, he was very quick to call me back. We talked briefly about what I was interested in and we scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday morning at 9 am. However, 9 am on Tuesday morning came and went and at 10 am after waiting an hour, I finally called Shawn and got his voicemail. I left him a message asking to please return my call, but I never heard anything back. Perhaps I got the date wrong, but even so, a quick return of my phone call could have straightened any miscommunication out. I am left to think that Shawn just doesn't need the money or business. This was completely unprofesional and highly disappointing given the numerous positive reviews.

Went great. Shaun came in, spent time figuring out the problem, dug into the wall, cut through the pipe, replaced the leaking section and checked it about 200, 300 times. Maybe a slight exaggeration. No more leaking, all set, no more problems for a perfectly reasonable price and fixed completely on the first try.

Shawn came within a day of calling him and quickly found the reason for the leak to be cracking seals in a 17-year old toilet. He suggested replacing the entire toilet and went to get one immediately. While the price he charged for the parts was noticeably higher than what I found online from home improvement stores, the entire job was finished before half a day of work. Shawn was efficient and professional, so I would recommend him if you need your plumbing problem handled quickly.

I had Shawn out a month or two back due to a leaky bathtub faucet (a previous plumber had put it in and it broke within 6 months) and he fixed it quickly and at a fair price ($85). While there he looked at my pipes in the basement and noted that they should be replaced at some point. He was not trying to sell me anything, just letting me know about issues he saw. I asked what it would cost and he gave me a general estimate. I decided to plan to have them done and contacted him to come do the work. Shawn is always easily accessible, returning calls and emails. We scheduled a day for him to come out and he was prompt and professional. He replaced my pipes in less time than he initially thought he might need and again, gave me a fair price given the amount of work completed. The cost was almost exactly the same as his initial estimate (the job took about 4 hours and required significant materials). Shawn cleaned up before he left and everything works great. I would absolutely call him for future work.

Shawn called right back and we had an appointment within three days. He quoted $275 on the faucets and clearly explained what he'd do in installing the new faucet. When I asked about the blocked drain, he said he'd get to it but couldn't really know the scope of the job. It ended up being an extra $110 for several hours and a trip to the hardware store. Well worth the money! Shawn is very personable and professional and does excellent work. I will definitely call him again.

I chose to call Shawn's Plumbing based on Angie's list reviews. I was able to reach Shawn on my first attempt instead of having to leave a messaage and wait all day. He was very professional over the telephone and gave a very reasonable estimate so I went ahead and made an appointment with him for the following week. The timing worked out so that I would be able to have the plumbing done within 24 hours of the kitchen counter install. The day of the appt., another emergency came up, but he was very courteous to call me immediately to ask if it was OK to reschedule later in the day (which was actually better for me anyway). He arrived on time and as he worked, he gave me excellent advice on many aspects of home improvement beyond the plumbing. Besides appreciating the excellent quality work, I learned a lot of useful information about my home. He was very friendly, professional and thorough - even tidying up debris under the sink that was there before he came! There were no surprises in cost, which came in at the low end of his estimate. Having inquired elsewhere, I know other bigger plumbing companies would have cost much more in this area. I would definitely recommend him to others and would hire him again for our own work.

The house we bought 2 years ago has a complicated Buderus heating system. We could never get the program to run correctly and then recently we lost hot water. We were brand new clients for Shawn but he shuffled his schedule to come out ASAP so we could start showering at home again! He not only fixed the hot water but also tweaked some errors in the heating system so it will run correctly. It turns out that he is an expert in Buderus systems and I was glad that he came personally to do the work. He is easy to reach at his cell phone # and responds promptly to emails and texts. Our washing machine is now dying and our new one needs to be installed in the basement instead of the first floor. It is due to be delivered in 3days, so Shawn added us to the schedule tomorrow so that all the water and drainage pipes are ready to hook up when the washer arrives. We are very satisfied and plan to hire Shawn again for future needs.

He responded to our call the same day, came the following day, and fixed the problem. He estimated it would cost $125 or more but only charged us $80. I have already referred him to someone else who needed a plummer.
