Patrick was very knowledgeable, and professional. The delivery team was prompt and courteous. The team at Central Radio exceeded my expectations!

I ended up taking my purchase elsewhere because of the unprofessional people I kept encountering when I called several times as a follow-up to a store visit (I never was able to get the salesman to call me back with the information I was looking for). Also, their prices were not as good as other dealers in the area and Albany for the exact same appliances. I ended up purchasing from a dealer in Albany that was professional, courteous, called me back in timely fashion, and had prices that were more than 10% below Central Radio for the exact same make/model appliances.
Description of Work: I tried to keep my money local, but these guys are so unprofessional and their store should be classified as a disaster area. It's one of the most depressing stores I've ever been in, and it's been that way for many years.
