Description of Work: My pipes under my kitchen sink needed to be replaced even the one running into the wall. The work was great and neat they also replaced the faucet. The price I thought was high almost six hundred with 200 for parts. A hour and a half of labour. I would use them again but I would get estimates from other plumbers first 400 for a couple of hours work seemed like a lot.

Description of Work: I operate a B&B in an Adirondack-style Great Camp (log) structure that had to be retrofit with fire suppression/sprinkler system. Ashley Swift did this with professionalism and dispatch, producing an aesthetically pleasing and code conforming result. They do ongoing maintenance of this and the HVAC systems.

+ 0 moreThe guy that did the appraisal seemed to be in a real hurry he didn't measure the length of the pipes or walk around much for that matter, then he say he will send me a quote whenever it was ready which was almost two weeks afterwards. This so called "quote" included a lot of work that wasn't necessary and was DOUBLE the amount of money of what the other two plumbers had gave me. I will not give my business to someone that is so careless and unprofessional.
Description of Work: Gave me an estimate to convert my heating system from oil to gas.

+ -1 moreThey are good on minor plumbing. They are one of these people who charge you an hour to start with. They've been around a long time. They have one guy who does minor plumbing stuff who we are familiar with him. He has a kind of good bedside manner. They have staff on some other stuff. It's still a good firm. Make sure you have somebody on the staff that is familiar with your equipment. They are mainstream here on price. They are not cheap but they are not out of the ballpark. What was done was fine. It was good quality and it was excellent. They were responsive and punctual.
Description of Work: I used Swift to fix a hose on a washing machine and unplugging a sink.
